The episode starts with Rehan following the strange girl into a room while Pratha keeps a watch on both of them. Vihan knocks on the door and tries to go inside. He warns Rehan that Samaira might catch him. Rehan doesn’t care about Samaira finding out and admits to hitting Samaira due to which she lives in fear now. Her fear keeps her silent. Rehan sends him away and goes back to the strange girl. He tries to get close to her and the girl pushes him away. Rehan threatens her and her family when she says no. All this while Pratha is secretly recording him and decides that she has sufficient evidence to prove it to Rishab that Rehan is neither a faithful husband nor a good person. Pratha sees Rehan trying to force himself on the strange girl, so she transforms into a snake and slithers into the room and the strange girl grabs the opportunity to run away from Rehan.

Pratha reaches Gujral Mansion and calls everyone to the living room. She tells Rishab that each one of them thinks that Rehan is a good son and a good human being but they’re all wrong and she will prove it today. Pratha gives the recording to Mahek and asks her to play it. Rishab sees the video of Rehan and Vihan talking and he angrily questions Rehan about it. Rehan says that it’s all Pratha’s scheme against him and he’s merely talking about his past in this video. Rishab slaps him in front of everyone and reminds Rehan that his own mother is struggling with her life right now but he is out partying. Rehan says that he had to go to the party because his friends were insisting. Pratha tells them that he’s lying and that he’s something much worse. Rishab asks Pratha if she wants to accuse Rehan of assaulting another woman and Pratha says yes, she has a witness this time. Rishab walks up to Pratha, grabs her wrist and tells her to get out of his house. Pratha tries to make him understand but Rishab refuses to listen to her. He blames her for his Chaachi’s condition and for trying to falsely accuse Rehan again. Pratha asks for a chance to prove herself and calls Ambika, the strange girl who was almost assaulted by Rehan. Ambika enters and says that she has been paid by Pratha to falsely accuse Rehan. Rishab is shocked to know this and Pratha is confused,she says that Ambika may have been paid by someone to lie. Rishab says that yes, it’s Pratha who paid her. He says that Pratha has ruined their family name and she is no longer a part of this house. He tells her to go away and throws her out of Gujral Mansion.

Seema follows Pratha and mocks her. Seema challenges her that soon she’ll get the news of Rishab’s demise. Seema will enjoy seeing how Pratha attempts to save Amrit Kalash in a single day. She leaves and Pratha reaches the bus-stop. Ambika arrives there and asks for Pratha’s forgiveness. She tells Pratha that her parents have been captured and getting tortured. This is why she had to lie in front of everyone and blame Pratha. Pratha is angered at her admission and vows to teach these people a lesson who think that they can silence a girl. She further vows to not let her husband and her mother-in-law get harmed in any way. She has another day still and she shall protect both her country as well as her husband.

Rishab is hurt beyond measure and he breaks every single picture-frame of them together. He cries remembering the moments he spent with Pratha and breaks a glass. Reem enters his room and notices his bleeding hand. She tears her saree cloth and ties it around the wound to stop the bleeding. Reem cups his face and asks him what has happened. She tries to get close to him and Rishab suddenly comes to his senses and pushes her away. He walks away from her and angrily reminds her that he’s married. And even though Pratha isn’t here,he wouldn’t cheat on her like this. He tells Reem that nothing could ever happen between them and asks her to leave.

Rishab hears yelling coming from downstairs and finds Rainaksh shouting at Seema in the living room. Rishab asks Seema what is the matter and why Rainaksh is here. Seema informs Rishab that Pratha has hurt Rainaksh. Rainaksh tells them that he had gone with Chanda to the Ujjain Temple where all of sudden Pratha came. She said she wanted to speak with Chanda and since then Chanda has been missing. Rainaksh is certain that Pratha has captured his mother Chanda and taken her to the temple and hidden her somewhere inside. Pratha is not even letting him get inside the temple. Rainaksh demands to get Chanda back but Rishab asks why would Pratha kidnap Chanda like this. Rainaksh tells him that Pratha hates Seema and she can do anything to take her revenge and ruin Seema’s name. Seema decides to go find Chanda and free her from Pratha’s hold. Rishab refuses to let Seema go alone and decides to accompany her to find Chanda. Rishab storms off and Seema and Rainaksh are pleased to see how easily Rishab got trapped in their plan and Seema tells Rainaksh that once Rishab serves their purpose she will kill him for once and for all.

Mahek tells Pratha about the worsening weather which is a sign of the oncoming doom. All they have is 4 hours and they must find the Amrit Kalash before then. Pratha asks Chanda to try and remember once more where the Kalash is hidden. Chanda informs them that all she heard them saying was that the Amrit Kalash is hidden beneath the country’s Naabhi/Navel. Pratha makes a guess that it could mean the central location of the country - which is Ujjain. So it could mean that Amrit Kalash is hidden inside this very temple. Mahek tells Pratha that she has searched every nook and corner of this temple but she found nothing.

Seema enters Rishab’s room, bringing milk for him. Seeing her tensed, Rishab asks her what is the matter. Seema expresses her worries about Pratha which makes Rishab even angrier. Seema uses this opportunity and mixes poison in Rishab’s glass of milk. Rishab assures Seema that he’ll find Chanda and then end every single bond with Pratha for once and for all. Seema then tries to make him drink the milk but he refuses at first. Seema disappointingly starts leaving his room but Rishab stops her midway and drinks the poisonous milk. Seema is glad and tells Rishab to get ready to leave. Seema leaves his room and throws the remaining milk on top of a nearby plant. The plant immediately withers and dies. Seema thinks to herself that Rishab has 6 more hours to live and as soon as he crosses the Naag Rekha he’s going to die.

Pratha prays to Lord Shiva and says that a Shesh Naagin is supposed to be the biggest devotee of Lord Shiva and today she needs his blessings the most in order to save her country. She asks him to show her a way and help her. All of a sudden a divine light emanates and lights up the ground. Pratha follows the light and notices a circular symbol drawn on the ground beneath leaves. Pratha soon joins the dots and understands what the 'land’s navel' means. Earth has 7 layers or 7 Loka/Realms namely - Ataal, Vitaal, Sutaal, Talataal, Mahataal, Rasataal and Pataal. This means that Amrit Kalash is supposed to be in the 7th Lok - Pataal Lok. Pratha has to reach Pataal Lok and find the Kalash.

Mahek reminds her that they’ve only been able to reach the 1st Lok - Ataal and they have never gone beyond that. Pratha tells Mahek that it is time. Mahek is shocked to hear this and reminds Pratha how dangerous it is to use this special power, that it could shatter the earth itself. They remember their mother’s words that whenever a Shesh Naagin seeks a vardaan from Shiv Ji then she must perform a special tandav to please the lord. Mahek warns her to be careful and asks her if she’s really sure. Pratha assures Mahek that she shall perform this tandav and seek Shiva’s vardaan and in her vardaan she shall ask for the 7th Lok - Pataal Lok.

Mahek helps Pratha get prepared and Pratha finally begins performing the Rudra Tandav. A tornado strikes and the walls of the temple start breaking down but Pratha doesn’t falter. A pillar falls over Chanda and Mahek but Pratha nevertheless continues her tandav. Soon the ground explodes and an underground path appears in front of Pratha. Pratha looks back at Mahek, trying to approach her to help but Mahek vehemently refuses. Mahek assures her to carry on in her mission and Mahek will handle everything here. Mahek tells Pratha that this path will only be open for 7 moments and Pratha must go and find the Amrit Kalash before then or else she might get stuck inside Pataal Lok for an eternity. Pratha promises that she shall find the Kalash soon and return to save her country.
