They were talking about his sister who is in hospital . I remember she had some psycho matter.. he wanted to bring her to visit them.. but she thought she may refuse because she is stubborn.. then she suggested visitting her in the hospital insteed.. so he joked about her starting to consider the feelings of others. I am sorry if I didn't understand this scene well, coz my Urdu isn't good.😳

It was just a friendly taunt at mushk. He agreed to her visiting n staying away cause he cares for feelings of others (a taunt at mushk’s behavior throughout the show) n tht he could sleep properly now with her not with him.
