These are the lines I saw.

There were lines, and the song was a total giveaway. I think we discussed yesterday why he would support Pri. I don't think we still doubt that. Nope. Nada.

Well about your second interpretation, there is more to it. It is a double entendre.

There are other clues and dialogues which were meaningful but to get to that, and if you allow me to use a metaphor, then one needs to go through the sewage that was today's episode to look for clues.

I have never felt that twenty minutes can be so LONG. It was a substandard episode. I need to go back and check the pilot, match-making, contract signing, KC, Diwali, dressing episodes, to name a few to overcome the PTSD that I am currently experiencing after watching the episode.

By the way, Doc, The Great Indian Kitchen is happening in 90% of Indian households. It is not a SI thing too

I understand…..

but that subtle ways that the movie showed it without ever uttering a single word about it, without preaching, it makes us queasy isn’t it?

You said you watched Mai? There is a scene, where Sakshi is in the kitchen making tea for guests in her daughter’s mourning…. That scene makes you see the distortion of the gendered lens… that ‘woman’ coz she is one, has to prioritise making tea in her grief too?

You will feel that The Great Indian Kitchen is boring ... it's done on purpose because the lady is doing a mundane job ...

I have seen these kinds of households in real life .. Don't ask about festivals, I have seen ladies waking up early, doing all work and they will eat the last after feeding the men and children ..

I wish I could meet you all and explain all these .. it will be a book in itself ...

Shooting star for me is Tara in Ramayana .. Maybe I am thinking too much, reading a lot on Indian mythologies ...

shooting star also meant the indicator of start of fall of Ravan in Ramayan… it is the day s instigated him to get Sita…and mandodari warns her husband of a shooting star’s appearance and that he should not follow through s’s idea… par khair… he doesn’t listen to his wife’s counsel.

The episode was bad as far as editing is concerned looks like unpaid interns are editing the current track to be honest.

Eshaan is behaving like a brat throwing tantrums here & there varun the less said the better still feel sara is the one who will die that line from meera on lohri day cannot be a blooper it meant like a hint of future and sara most likely will be killed by either varun Or MS.
