For Sai, the topic of her studies got her positive reaction from Virat and she has been using it to get things done by him. He offered to bring food for her and even went to buy candyfloss, pani puri,.. for her so that she studies for her exam. Sai also said that till now she has been going behind Virat, and now Virat will be going behind her. When Virat said he will not be going behind her fulfilling her demands so that she studies, she handcuffed them and asked if he will not have problem to run beside her. Virat then freed his hand and handcuffed her to the study table. Does this scene have other meaning, or am I reading too much into it?

Then comes Sai's dream. It feels like she is effected seeing his wall of anger not going away after putting efforts to 'manao' him. But then, she says her efforts will get her what she has been waiting for. Was she consoling/motivating herself?

On Diwali night, she had started hoping for the marriage to be real. Then comes the Shruti track and she had her hopes broken. Shruti's word gave her hope and she came back with the hope of making the marriage real and then she realized her love for him. She wanted to confess but not before he is over his anger at her. Till now, she has not gotten any confirmation from Virat that he is over the deal, has accepted her as wife or he loves her. She has only assumed this from his actions. Sai also has said that by Rajeev-Shivani wedding, she will do something that will make Virat not able to leave her. She seemed confident.

Even when Virat made the anniversary surprise, he was kind of confident Sai will respond positively. He has been observing Sai since he went to get his previous fitness certificate and thought Sai had feelings for him too. But Sai was stuck in his past which he have not cleared with her yet. Her response was a setback for him, he could not confess and gave up.

Virat's words in precap/promo is why Sai had not allowed herself to commit to the marriage before. I thought he was melting but I guess what happened during anniversary, the fear of rejection and Sai will again leave him is too strong. Maybe he was waiting for her exam to be over to end things himself completely.

But, this will definitely hit Sai hard. I think she will have time until Shivani's marriage. She had said to give her saath until their marriage, even if its jhoota. So Sai has to sort out her thoughts and figure out what to do in that time or something else will happen. I really want a conversation between them where both are willing to speak and listen to each other before taking decision. Or maybe separation? Even I am in two minds about this. Separation will also be good. Also, the issue is not just between them, its about the family too. And this will be testing time for Patralekha. Without anyone in Virat's life, will she accept her marriage to Samrat or her mask will come off?
