Toh I have not been following the show for some time because I love the show too much to see whatever is going on. I open SM and check updates. If I find it watch-worthy, then I watch it ff karke. I read an article saying that they deliberately increased the drama quotient because of IPL *sighs*. IPL ney sachme satyanash kar rakha hain. And I don't understand are the channel people so stupid?!!! Why launching new shows and arranging expensive outdoor shoots now?!! No one will watch anyways. Definitely more people will watch ipl. That's more worthwhile. Then, watching two woman fighting for a man. Or a man getting insecure of his would-be wife's sister (yes it's a diss on a particular show 😆) Yeh sab may k last week dhamakadar promo k saath karo na.

There are two things I don't like in ITV which already exists in ITV hence I don't watch ITV anymore

1) Toxic relationships (Jo abhi tak hua nahi hain yaha)

2) vamps constantly planning/plotting against FL or trying to separate the leads in typical ITV fashion (yeh bhi sivaya Masoom k koyi nahi karta)

3) FL always going out of her way to help family members and getting insulted because of that (yeh ho raha hain)

If Meety literally does groom swap. Khatam samjho inn dono ka rishta. Hogaya bas. Itna Meetwa nahi seh payaga (btw i am also mad at him for not saying something Infront of fam, my anger only decreased by 5% when he tried to explain Babs that he wants to take Meety with him for invitation) I understand she is in a weird fix, but I just don't like it. I hope shanty ka sachai mandap mein ajaya and Meety gets shot smh and we get a hospital sequence with remorsing Alhawats (Honestly, I will come back to EDT for some time when Shanty gets exposed)

Inka proposal would have been better if Meetwa said all that infront of family in a fit of anger. Pyaar Hain toh pata hain hume. And honestly, this is not the first time we get a confession without that exact eureka moment. SSO k time pe bhi as far as I remember there wasn't any such moment. Infact, Banda was ready to consummate before confession😆. It was evident by his behavior that he was in love. For me, his eureka moment was when he saved Annika from daksh😎. Here, Meetwa's eureka moment was when Meety sang for him and did her little voice reveal😳. He used the word 'love' for her for the first time. He said, 'it was your voice for which I fell'. It's like every emotion got an acknowledgement. Every question was answered. He was so overwhelmed that he was choking on his words. Gosh😭

Maybe he did have plans to do a grand proposal, but seeing her asking questions about his feelings for the first time, he felt it was 'now' or 'never'. Jo bhi I feel there proposal could have been better. It's a meme centric track, they could do wonders with it if they want. There is already a little angst in it. Meetwa silently supporting her, and filling the gaps for her. Silently going and standing next to her, and gifting her clothes. He is slowly trying to make it better for her by talking sense with Papita ji. Par Kuch nahi hoga we know. Infact, the last straw will be groom swap that to with Deep 💔 if that's on the cards.

Currently, not really watching, but what do you think? How will Shanty get exposed? (Someday he will definitely but when is the question actually) Separation kaisa Hoga? Baat divorce taak jayagi? How will the murder case link to this?

I hate this slow burn. Fast pace kyun nahi karte yeh log ab??? Kara do separation. Let Meety proof everyone wrong, and get the criminals convicted, then let her leave for a different city for a year or six months for posting. Let every one wait for her. Let Meetwa cry for her. Let her come back with long hair and new confidence and a male best friend 😉. Let her flaunt her confident self infront of Alhawats, as they desperately ask her to accept their son back into her life again. Let her act hard to win for sometime. Phir dhoom dhaam k saath get Meme married. Then, show another leap with baby memes and some cute family scenes. Phir show ko khatam karo yaar (aisa Kuch nahi hoga though. Par sapne dekhne ka paisa nahi kat Tay😃)

Anyways, I'm curious to know what you think will happen (even if you are not watching 😆). Toh niche batao. I will return after this negativity decreases a bit. Can't watch so much drama. I can be their in CC if you want 😳. We can do our gossip there

Meetwa ka dimag ghaas charne gaya hai abhi... May end tak wapasi hogi shayad by the end of IPL.

Shanty expose hoga after Meet² start fighting over AH murder.... is what I feel. Only then Meetwa will start believing that whatever Meety said was right after all and he will change sides... matlab royal flip will be done by Mr. Meet Ahlawat jo Babita ko bhi maat de dega....

Nahi. I feel it might go full separation phase right after wedding. Infact, maybe Shanty will get exposed on wedding who knows. Aur tum log Jo chor char k janay ki baat kar raha Hain. Forum will drown. Koyi petition kar saktay hain new members k liya😆. Or atleast I will try to be back after 1st week of May. Till then, try and stay. I don't want to come back to a empty home lol.

For me, the only wrong thing Meetwa did in connection to Meety was staying quiet infront of Babs. He even went to farmhouse as she asked him to do so. Kuch nahi dikha toh kaisa maan le? Kya hi karega woh? She has been constantly failing in proving Shanty wrong. Moreover, she talks with Deep. Still, he never once got seriously angry on her, or behaved extremely rudely with her. His responses has been controlled. Bas mujhe woh maun vrat infront of fam accha nahi laga.

Maun vrat was the worst... that totally washed down all the pati no. 1 and fashion show goals down the drain... To ab jo bhi Meetwa karta hai I dont care. I am even disappointed in Raj. I have not seen the episodes properly after that actually because I am tired of listening to those promises over and over again. Jahan discussion hona hai they ghusofy the promises. And jo Sunaina Babita and Masoom gang up hogaye hai its become more negative. I know this is all needed for the drama and show Meety going through a big struggle and Meetwa still loving her despite not agreeing with her... I know its heading towards the big clash but I am unable to take this drama. Ye sab dekhoongi then forum mein I will rant more which I dont like. Its draining me. So thats why I want a break 😔

7:30 Slot ki Audience is different, They don't want 3rd angle or toxicity but still they are showing it in name of drama.

Ikr he needs to do something huge to make us come back in his side. Something Infront of the family...right after the engagement I thought atleast now he will go back and talk to Babita but that never happened. Even though, you might see him persuading his family in his own ways. Ab Meety Shanty ke Saath bhagam bhag mein busy hain na? So, you might see him trying to help Sutej reunite or talking to Babs in favour of Meety. But nahh...need something huge.

As a neutral viewer, I might be understanding of Meetwa's situation. Ki bhaia he doesn't agree with Babs but maybe he allowed that to happen as he thought his mom was angry and her reason was justified. (Honestly gussa main daato mujhe usse problem nahi hain par when she told her how unwanted she was that's why it hit me. That's when I wanted tMeetwa to object.)

So, I want atleast one scene where Meety gets pissed off by his behavior.

'Tu toh mujhpe waisa bhi trust na karta'

'Tuj ae Kuch share karke Kya karungi. Tu Kya hi kahega'

Meety is his spouse. She can be upset about this. Yeh ladki understanding tabh ban jaati hain jab isse nahi banna

But sorry to break your bubble if you think 7:30 slot audience is different than average ITV audience. That 7:30 audience is now turning their tv on for PShow to see kamina Rajeev marry Neeti after marrying her best friend, Parineeti lol.

Even Meet started losing numbers after Manushi left. Third angle na ho toh inhe Maza hi nahi ata inhe. Even Manushi track had it's flaws. Biggest was we didn't know where MeMe was going with their relationship and Manushi getting 10 min SS and huge monologues. Some regular forum members also left during that time. Some tracks were still interesting. Nahi Kya hi harj hota if murder mystery track got more numbers? Atleast it was something different then what every other show is showing. Par nahi inhe toh Wohi drama dekhna hain. 2 ladki ek ladka and everyone fighting with eo. I really hope this separation track brings the freshness in the otherwise stale story-telling of Meet.

Well said.. Today Meet is under 3rd category but not just helping out the family, FL lead is doing what she thinks is right. There is no evidence that Deep is innocent, she has seen her own sister someone she grew up with and when she couldn't see through her manipulations, how can she trust Deep blindly.

However I do not agree that Meet audience liked the 3rd angle and post that the TRP dropped. If you see episodes till Manushi was had a repeat value. Manushi left, they exposed Masoom 1 episode had the kiss fiasco and then become girl friend and boy friend all in 4 episodes and then the main track that we were all looking forward for the changing equation between the leads from buddies to GF-BF and the college track. For Biwi No.1 challenge, she took a break for 10 days so we all wanted that.. But then hyper speed, Hawa Singh and extra drama, kasam, phoolan devi episodes with no family presence started and that is where most of us lost it... It all became about the Hooda murder.

I fear the CVs will also read into like audience likes the 3rd angle... no we don't but see your own flawed execution, lazy writing, repetitive dialogues and bad direction that is responsible for the TRP to fail.

The main USP of Meet was lighter scenes between family, we were all looking forward to that after Tej came back, how tracks wrap up within a day or two, the Chavi accusation, the credit card blame, the Masoom exposure and here we are with Shanty it is being dragged till no end... Today Meet has only 3 types of characters.

The FL , The mute ones Isha, Ragini and Meetwa and the negative ones.

There was a time there was no negative character, Babita / massom were grey. Anything Manushi did was to bring the leads closer.

Today you have Masoom, Babita, Sunaina,. Ram, Mamaji, Shanty, Hawa Singh and it continues...

Light hearted comedy was the category.. that an episode of Meet would bring a smile of your face... Where is that??

Meet audience was different, If we all stopped watching Meet, I am sure we wont move to PS, Most of us will read a book.. or watch some english series.

Murder Mystery track would have the numbers if they paced it... It was jam packed with no breather... the audience needs time to connect with characters, their growth... like I have said this before... more family scenes.... They could have lighter tracks like College and GF-BF phase along with Hawa Singh track and she then decides post that year she will join the force.. thoda toh believable rakhte...

Well I can't argue on that. The pace was unbelievably fast when they needed to slow down and let us connect. Why should we care about Ashok Hooda? Kuch time though let us see the depth of emotions FL and her family has for him. 1-2 flashbacks crammed in a episode won't cut the bill.

Idol case would have been for Meety to take the college route and slowly getting to know about the murder and everything. They chose the murder track to show us what Meetwa exactly feels for Meety. That worked but it would've been way nicer if they took a Rom-com route and introduced a jealousy track. Funny bhi hota bohot.

But now what we can do by crying on spilled milk. Some episodes before leap was really good too. But that didn't get trp either.

Now, separation shayad kuch accha kar dey for the show. Post Separation they can add some light-heartedness and romance in Meetwa's redemption (if there comes a point where we get redemption)
