Honestly I don't think so! The definition of love is different for everyone, for a guy who grew up amidst a toxic household, RK is far better a human than many of BW people! You said it right, he didn't realise that she was not with him! He's oblivious that doesn't mean he's not caring, he went back to get her! We don't know what happened there! Again I am no fan, so just don't come at me for saying because honestly being lazy or oblivious is no crime especially when you were hoarded, I have always seen him mostly rushing off from media after one or two pic. So atleast we can say that he's not pretending here
