My interpretation is that Ram used this song to actually tell Priya that he is very fortunate to have received Priya as his wife by sone good fortune that she now has turned into his knight who is āmaking shadows(of hatred and indifference) cooler for himā. he knows she loves him i think now he will get desparate that Priya is not willing to express her love, with Krish in the party and later when he gets to know that Priya shared kidnapping with Krish he will be sad and insecure so she might confess to make him happyyšš
