The Kashmir Files and KGF are blockbusters from a roi perspective because of their budgets vs box office.

Having said this RRR is a hit however it has performed extremely well in the south compared to the north as compared to Bahubali where it was more massive in North than in the Telugu language.

With KGF it is a blockbuster same like Bahubali all over where the original has done well in its original but in other languages out of the park.
