Damn..trying wayyy too hard to make this a nepotism debate…when the film has nothing to do with it

Fun fact : Anupam Kher and mithun both chose to launch their kids into films instead of giving that opportunity to a “good actor” …do with that what u do ..👍🏼😊

Although knowing the trolling kapil faced, i am sure they wouldve appreciated had he invited the team.

I’m not sure what the forum moderators have to do with this but I don’t think a film of this nature should be sent to a comedy show to promote it ….just dosent fit well…and is even a bit insensitive to the subject

In all fairness, do u think a film about a true real life event that has caused trauma to many, is a candidate for the kapil sharma show ? I’d see people getting offended and triggered left right and centre ….

If he chose to avoid that reaction, I don’t blame him

People made movies on real life people like Gangubhai , Shershah etc. If the pain of common man is not worth making to show, I am sorry Kapil Sharma is wrong.

I was also trolling the members who were making fun of the fact that this movie was not promoted there.

There is a reaction. The same thread has been deleted now. Nothing succeeds like success.

It's indeed interesting the way the box office of this film is shaping up. All the theatres near my house are houseful and the film is trending even better than what Gangu did during it's weekday run I think.

Those movies were made in a mainstream way with lighthearted and commercial elements to them (romance, Music, dance, punch lines etc)

they had popular music which ppl could discuss , song and dance which could be emulated, hook steps etc ….they had mainstream actors and kapil can waste some time on their Insta handles and making them play silly games , or cracking jokes on their love lives…

I’m struggling to think what sort of material he’d come up with for this ..even if he spent most of the time talking abt the cast and crews personal life and dosent talk much abt the film…that’s not gonna promote it either ..

Also another point being , he chose to remain apolitical…which is a choice he’s allowed to make …. Ofcourse it’s open to judgement from those who have a strong political stance ..but if he’s ok with it , then that’s that
