With Harsh, I think they will definitely explore this relationship and I'm the most excited to see how Harsh and Akshara evolve. I'm okay with his pace on this show, i dont want them to rush things and whitewash him like they did with Arohi.

@Bold This is the type of scenes I used to see in season 1 where the Akshara and naitik had meaningful talks which added value to the show.

They still have time to do this. Manish can easily take Abhi to the side in one of the functions or on the wedding day just to have a final serious talk before he officially hands over Akshara. That would be nice.

I do like and understand your vision but I'm not sure the makers will. They're simply jumping in and out of plots. They even forgot the adoption track smh

BB is a reality show so it has a different audience altogether. Yrkkh is a mix. It's doing good but the makers can make it even better considering yrkkh has both online buzz and trp. IMDb ratings also went up a little. So they do need to listen to viewers online. How else will they know if people are enjoying the track? The average viewer isnt going to call them and give them a review are they now.

Let's not talk about their love for toxicity... But drama with sensible drama will get trp too. I am sure. Bcoz Anupama is regressive but at the end of the day, she gives a lecture and Anuj and Anupama talk. Hamare wale toh 😑

Exactly... Aarohi and Manish change was overnight. Toh I am Happy with Harsh and Akshara pace but I don't like constant, tumhare papa hai Abhi wo. Mera sar chakra jaata Hai. Wo khud sir bol raha hai... Matlab koi reason hoga na. Toh stop throwing one thing he hates on his face everytime.

And S1 was a classic, is not it? Season 1 tha that's why S2 and S3 is here. So they need to go back and see what made their show 13 years old.

Makers ping pong has been too much from the very start. That's why they are loosing audience too. I have seen so many AbhiRa shippers loosing intrest and stopped watching nd many turned into Neil and Aarohi shipper. Makers are themselves not giving time... How much the viewers will have patience?

I totally agree BB have different set of audience but they do watch yrkkh. Like u said, it's a mix and while I totally agree that not everyone can be satisfied, but the way they write and brush imp plots under the carpet... It will be hard. Exactly. They should see whose tweets are sensible and not only romance and romance.

Anupama is watchable not gonna lie. Still not my cup of tea but miles better than other shows.

Maybe just maybe Akshara and Abhi will talk more and about important topics once they get married? It could just be that both are immature right now and once the responsibilities kick in, they will mature.

@Bold omg Noor! This is something I detest to the core! Its like she does not even acknowledge that there is some tension between the two. For her its something can be sorted out overnight. She herself has seen harshs behaviour so how how does she expect Abhi to tolerate that? I hope she does not become cupid and try to patch up the son and father without any prior knowledge. I want her to dig into Abhis past and support him first. It's so wrong when I see Manjri and her lecturing Abhi about harsh.

Season 1 also had top notch supporting cast though. The entire Singhaniya and Majeswaris were crucial part of the show. Same cannot be said for this season. I do like the birlas but they're not being explored as much other than harsh. I feel majority of the viewers are hooked due to the main leads mostly.

@Bold yeah I wouldnt call them Abhira shippers in the first place 😆One thing I've noticed is Harshad and Pranali have more buzz than Abhira in this present day.

I totally agree. They need to give importance to the plots. Make it detailed and polish it rather than making it feel like a filler. They should pick a topic and enhance it, do justice to that topic so that viewers not only remember the topic in coming times but also enjoy it. For example, people really enjoyed it when Akshara broke the tradition of having the ghooghat on the head and it is still remembered. The topic needs to be meaningful.

Like you I too was dissatisfied with the unexplored aspects of some tracks. Then I realised TV is a visual story telling medium so that have to leave things hanging to bring it up later to create confusion and misunderstanding.😆

Again trp also rules what kind of story we are seeing.

This is a family show so the main priority is to show happy families, big functions and etc. This is not aimed at people who are interested in watching a young couple in love navigate who to date, deal with life and families.

I really wish RS had been bolder for S3. It was a good opportunity to show what modern life is like within a big family setting. A young modern couple, career orientated, falling in love and dealing with family but also living their life as per current society - living away, busy with work and life, dealing with modern challenges and etc.

I guess we just have to wait till when things blow up, then they will bring up something from before For instance, Abhi had said he had an unhappy childhood. We don't know why. He has a problem with his father again we don't know why. Akshu interfered in that matter. He looks all happy (ok, it was the midst of his tilak so of course he is happy) but later this will blow up and be a bone of contention between them.

So, I guess we just have to accept we will not get closure on many tracks but maybe we will see the resolution somewhere....at some point...and just enjoy the show for what it is.

Regarding Saba - I personally prefer balance between Saba and Utkarsh. But again Saba was there only for a brief time. She was present during anisha track and somehow I feel Anisha made entry too soon. I had expectations from anisha track as I knew from bhai dooj episode she will came a comeback and will be paired opposite Kairav. Makers had great potential for the story. They hyped it so much but it really turned out to be bleh.

We have it but now we understand it and crib and cry but do things better and that's character growth. Trp audience is not so much idiot yaar. Anupama showed a 42 yr old woman leaving her toxic husband, finding her identity and new love and juggling between her role as mother and as an independent woman. If they were so idiot, it would not be on top.

I know it's a family drama but do it the right way and see how the trp rises.

Explore both the sides trauma, give them reactions.

To be very honest, during Abhimanyu and Aarohi shaadi track, makers made Akshara very unrelatable to me. I connected till she hided about the fire accident truth but not with 40 lakhs one. Because one side she was showcased as a very family oriented girl bit when the question came to her family, she was just panicking and supporting her sister. And gave her no monologues of much it pains her to lie about everything and seeing Abhi and Aarohi marry just because SHE IS QUIET. Also, her teasing Aarohi without a twitch of pain is what made me more of Abhimanyu side.

Here, makers do a better job with Aarohi. She expressed her pain. Her expression changes everytime Abhimanyu and Akshara name were taken together and how good they look together.

She knew what happened was her mistake, a lot more in percentage than anyone else but that does not mean it will not hurt. She wanted the trophy and she always felt bad when she looses and this time, she looses against her biggest enemy, Akshara.

Akshara did not cried in front of family, I understood. Not everyone is an expressing personality but she have to vent her feelings when alone. But makers just gave her tears and no monologues 😐

And they have rushed all the potential tracks otherwise imagine, how wonderful it would have been if we get to know what were Abhimanyu thoughts were when he read Naira Diary, when he arranged the Manjiri and Akshu valentine set up, how Akshu finally opened up to him about her past and breaks down in his arms and he understood her family jaap a lil more, how they explore Abhimanyu fears and insecurities, his childhood trauma. Them going on dates. Knowing each other family better and Manish slowly give them his approval and not an overnight change. Akshu bonding with Birla cousins.

I mean there was so much to explore and they are rushing.

See, we have to accept that when they start a track, we wait for it to be explored and we can't say everything is for future track when they already showed us a glimpse because many viewers get hooked to a certain track. So when they rush it or brushed under carpet and save it for future, people loose intrest.

I mean you guys should have seen the craze the twitter had after the bench conversation. Viewers were analysing, fighting, taking sides but most importantly waiting. And when they brushed it, so many stopped. Even me.

Rn too, they were showing it's okay to be in a toxic relationships and family just because it's family. Toh viewers ghatenge hi. It's 2022 for god sake. And maano ya na maano, online hype helps. HC would not have gotten the award if not for online hype. HarshAli would not have gotten so much attention if not for online and offline(trp) hype.

Makers really really need to slow down.

Agree the story has many loose ends and is inconclusive tracks galore. Below is my list

1.Mahima's role during tilak 1.0 fiasco. Atleast truth be told and known to the families.

2.Abhi never admitted about his unruly behaviour to AK during his engagement to AR or the mehendi day atrocity of forcibly cleaning AK ✋️ ki mehendi, he owe her an apology🙏 for that.

3.Arohi emotional atyachaar on AK, while Arohi was in hospital 🏥 and resultant AK refusal to Abhi proposal. I think Abhi needs to know this. He may have the andaaza but 😈 is in the detail.

4.Arohi role in AK accident has to be revealed before AK leaving Goenka house.

5.Arohi emotional atyachaar and AK showdown witnessed by Kairav bhaiyya through his lens. Also he should tell Abhi about AK love ❤️ for Abhi.

Characters can be evolved but facts need to see the light and discussions should happen about significant events and facts.

It does look like it is rushed but the real reason they left those tracks open is so later on it could come back and bite the MC's (main characters, here it's Abhira) in their proverbial ass!😆...they left these unexplored so it would provide the conflict they needed in an organic way. So it may look like they had moved on by next episode but they haven't...it's boiling away nicely under all the smiles, fun and games. So for instance Akshu never answered Abhi about how she keeps talking about family and he about their love. This will blow up in a major way on them...already the seed has been sown.....it will come up in their married life or just before. Mostly likely to happen after marriage as that would be the perfect setting to highlight it😆😕. Yes some things are suppressed and I can only tell you it is because 1. it's not important as it does not impact their conflict or trauma, 2. it has been addressed in another way by either the MC's or another character. Sometimes some things are casually mentioned in Act1 and only addressed in the finale and then you see the link.

For Tv it is all about drama and keeping people glued. As I had already talked about this above all I would say is tv writing needs drama. If they answer every single questions raised immediately, no one would watch regularly. Character growth happens through adversity and what the character goes through. Each character will have their own transformational arc and the plot points as to when it happens. No two characters will grow together or at the same time. Majority of the time the arc is only complete near the end of the story in the third act. But throughout the story, the character will learn and slowly grow. So here, Akshu for instance did not trust in love over family first. Then after nearly losing Abhi, she accepted love (growth here) but she is still holding on to the thought 'family over love' even if she says otherwise. Truly, at some point she would need to learn either how to balance that or that at least learn that some times love must triumph over family. Abhi too has to learn a lot and have his own growth which separate from Akshu.

This is demography. Trp is ruled by the majority demography that watches it. I mentioned before RS missed the mark with S3, he should have adjusted the theme and made it more modern thereby appealing to the demography that is watching for HC. His show is a big puller with people who love tradition and want to see that mostly and YRKKH USP is family, traditions and etc. Anupama is geared towards females, the story is more what we call Women fiction and aimed specifically towards those who want to watch this kind of show and that is why that show is doing well within that group. (he is a clever man, each of his show is geared towards different demography).

Oh definitely things will blow up, cause issues and then normal again. TV show after all😃. I'm expecting at least one more issue, if not two, before their wedding!😆
