I really fail to understand why they wish to show Media / Journalism career to be so process less and casual.
a) Why will Imlie become a featured writer? without completing internship
b) Why will Bhaskar times not publish Aditya's forced marriage with Imlie way back considering media is always in look out for news items.
c) Assume tomorrow some celebrity expires in an event during which so many journalists exist.. why will anyone wish to seek a revenge on journalist. This is not only some politically motivated news channels who keep abusing many leads. Here the journalist only put the guy in a vehicle which got burnt.
Why will Bhaskar Times not issue a disclaimer in public that it is mere accident and even inform the journalist association.
Why will journalist association remain silent for full 1 year and then give 10 years blacklisting. I really doubt this happens considering social media makes everyone a journalist / blogger/ activist
Last but not least... why will Imlie not go to any hostel? why a temple of all place? why should the priest even say 'garam garam roti and naram naram chadar'. It is mockery on the profession itself. Is the Media HRs so dumb to hire such foolish people in their team to even become feature writers or is this a real scenario in that industry which am not aware of. As many writers always say 'joh asliyat mein hota... wahi bata rahe'
Why would she not have saved even 5000 to stay in ladies hostel.. Even in best of metros /cities so many girls stay in women hostels and work. No one sits and keeps brooding, crying or moving from one house to other in name of emotions/ love or anything in such confused manner. Specifically an aspiring journalist will never.
more then blocking our writeups, the forums / groups should actually call the producers and inform enough of nonsense towards media and journalism focused career aspirants and career professionals unless there is good money coming to the forums because of such group discussions.

It is high time the writers focus on their jobs and not demean a profession so badly and all the readers / journalists whomsoever is reading should retrospect as to why even write discuss a defocused loose fiction which has now serious implications towards a profession itself as dignity of labor is most important for anyone.
Am not a journalist but to answer 'No more a serious patrakar' the answer is do the writers really understand journalism. It is high time they should all the characters change their profession from journalism to stage acting. As over there they can show any type of story. Here we show award winning journalist fully dumb followed by some big Industrialist more dumber following Imlie like a lamb and Imlie... the way that character has shaped up... it seems they want her to be confined in some house, temple or even brothel.

My entire gripe with the last two episodes was how Adi decimated Imlie's confidence in herself. Just because Adi said that her report was published in the front page because Aryan wanted revenge makes me cringe.
Even in the show, they showed how everyone appreciated Imlie's writing from the T ladies to the staff at the R mansion everyone loved it. Which means Aryan knew her potential.
Then he gave her another assignment which she again excelled at and then came the promotion. She deserved it, her mom too commented on it but the girl FORGOT.
It is understandable the her ex has power over her but please please show Imlie not falling for these cheap tricks where her talent is questioned.

So yet again Aryan interferes - he must have had her followed or tracked to know which temple she went to, automatically knows the phone number of the priest, probably pays him to send Imlie to a hostel - does this creep never stop interfering? Maybe Imlie wanted to spend time in the mandir to think! And there is no need for her to shiver with cold as Aparna made her a sweater - all she has to do is take it out and put it on!
Aryan must have paid lots to that senior in the journalist club too, to get him to behave that way. Such a stupid reason to over-punish someone who made a mistake due to what he had been told, and he only told Aryan, or was the entire public of Delhi listening in to the conversation? Such utter, utter nonsense! How can you punish someone for that? When he is new in the role too - and if the journalist boss knew so much that means Aryan has broken the rules of professionalism to tell him so much about their relationship in the workplace - not done!
Besides, the other journalists would defend Aditya not ask for punishment as they know how good he is. Silly story!
I hope Aryan hurt his hand smashing it against the wall, he deserves that and much, much more for his arrogance and stupidity.
Aditya is not being treated fairly at all. How can Aryan not see he IS harming Imlie by attacking Aditya? What a ghastly man Aryan is - no-one asked him to shelter Imlie, to waste money better spent on feeding the poor by buying a statue when she already had her own little modest one, no need for him to follow her to Pagdandya and so on, she didn't need him for any of it - everything he does puts her in his controlled debt. Cheeh!
I hope Adi can keep calmer now and fight hard for his rights -without sinking to Aryan's level. His marital problems should never reflect in any punishment for work. No-one can ban him just like that anyway without consultation with shareholders, committee etc.

Did you think the same when she was gonna kill herself? That Aryan interfered by tracking her down and getting her off that cliff? If she wants to think, she can do it in a place that's warm and safe too. No need to freeze outside in a temple. And Aparna made Imlie a sweater? When? The writers don't remember what they showed in the previous episode and you expect them to remember what happened when Aparna was nice to Imlie? And even if the writers did not remember, the time Imlie left the Tripathi House, the episode of Aryan's entry, she just took her books. After that she had her Potli, and I don't think with the thickness of that she carried the sweater. And when Malini gave her the bag with the rest of her things, do you really think Malini would've given her any ounce of love she has received from anyone in that family. Malini went to great lengths to seperate Imlie from them. What's to say she didn't do something like this?

Okay, Aryan almost died. Arpita was crushed. Weather is surely a stupid reason, but the pain they went through was not stupid. Aryan made a complaint as an aggrieved party, and the decision was there's. And even if the punishment for weather reporting is OTT, what about the filth he published against Imlie. A girl's, not a celebrity, a plain girl's private life publicised because he was angry? Where is the serious journalist now when, why is he only seeing the girl who hurt him and not the girl who would be ostracised because of what he published?

I too hope Aditya can keep calm and fight hard for his rights, not manipulate Imlie to fight his battles for him again. His marital problems have always affected his work, and the orbituary he wrote for Imlie is proof enough for that. And, actually, they can ban him, it's a committee, not a company. Aditya can represent himself, but the decision will remain there's.

That is something we have in common. Only I wish that Aditya should be punched, very soon, and slapped too, by Imlie, because we can't expect Aparna to see her son's faults now, can we? At least Narmada knows her son is being unreasonable. And Aditya has shamed his family much more, just look at the number of times he has married, and to two different women too.
