I was planning something new in the afternoon so i watched Be Melodramatic out of no interest. And it surprised me.

Plot revolves around three best friends in their 30s and their day to day lives.
Lim Jin Joo (Main FL) is a rookie screenwriter of a 16 episodes kdrama. She is very fickle minded and self centric nature and has broken her 7 years old relationship with her boyfriend. After getting work, she starts developing a love hate relationship with the show's director. They are the main couple.
Extras - She is extremely overdramatic. Like she talks with a bag who asks her to buy "her". Behaves very hilariously like some historical kdrama character. 🤣🤣
Lee Eun Jung (Second FL) is a documentary director and one and only CEO and employee of her company. She is quite a mood character. She became everything with the help of her boyfriend and they had a very sweet and mature relationship until her boyfriend got diagnosed with cancer and died. Post this tragedy, she got Persistent Complex Grief Disorder where she often imagine and talks to her boyfriend.
Extras - She gets violent when people try to irritate her or her loved ones. She made her car crash after her ex boss forced her too call her sweetheart, she also ran behind third FL's husband with a spade. She is beautifully eerie and unpredictable. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hwang Han Joo (Third FL) is a marketting team leader of a drama production company and a mother of a four years old boy. She is divorced.
Extras - She was a very sweet and silent girl and in her college days she was the most popular girl whom boys use to get their entire attention on. One day a guy kept clinging on her and he infact joined a comedy troupe for her. The guy is super weird but she fell in love with him and got married. After one year they had a baby and she got divorced as he cannot stop smoking and drinking and want to live a short life lmao. Later he became a celebrity and it got her irked. 🤣
The plot is now that after 2nd FL lost her boyfriend she attempted suicide which got her friends scared. 1st FL and 3rd FL with her son started living with her and her brother and slowly they became a family.
This show is very weirdly comical, hilarious, emotional and has romcom and friendship drama too. The show has this beautiful message to keep smiling and laughing and not give up in tough times. The show is filled ridiculous characters. 😍🤣
Acting is excellent. Vincenzo FL is 2nd FL and Bad & Crazy FL is 3rd FL.
Mujhe first episode socha nahi thaa pasand aayega leken bohot maza aaya dekhke. It has 8.5/10 ratings on MDL and 8.2/10 ratings on IMDB. The show was launched in 2019 so i wont talk about production quality but its decently good and execution is very funny.
I would rate the first episode 8.9/10. Throughout the episode i was like 🌚😍🤣🥺🌝.
