Kairav is giving mixed signals just like Akshara did - one the one hand she rejects Abhi’s proposal and pushes her sister forward and on the other she plans his birthday, saves his reputation etc.

Similarly Kairav also confused insaan , kabhi haan, kabie naa. Anisha has noodles in her hair , Kairav has noodles in his brain.
