In the borrowed hut , Purvi is cooking rotis on wood fired choolah . She shows disgust with her life . Virendra arrives with 2 tickets for Agra and assures her he will make sure she will find herself before Taj Mahal just as she desired . Purvi disbelieves he will ever be able to afford it . She does not want to go on borrowed money . Vir insists this was his hard earned money n not borrowed . She asks where from did he earn it l Vir does not want to reveal about his walk on glowing embers . Purvi disbelieves him n tears up the tickets and throws them into the choolah .

Vir is shocked at her behaviour , his Bawri has changed so much . She has become greedy for money n luxuries . He is disappointed his hard earned money had no meaning for her . Manas demands pastries in his tiffin and breakfast but Purvi expresses inability because of their poverty , she faints Mukhi for his meagre earnings n expresses her disgust with her poverty stricken life . Anjali and Virendra are shocked at her changed attitude towards life .
At night Purvi apologises to Vir for hurting him but she is doing everything for him only as she loved him the most . She is very hurt that he walked on glowing ambers for his pirvi’s happiness . Vir knows his Bawri loved him and was faking everything for his sake , while mukhi is asleep Purvi lovingly applies haldi lep on his burnt soles n feels his pain .

Purvi is seen taking care of Gajraj as he fakes his mental illness . She offered him home cooked food n he offers her employment as his personal secretary .

Purvi fakes accepting to be employed as his secretary.

Gajraj offers her lift in the antic open jeep that was Vir’s prized possession. She vouches to make sure Vir got it back .
She fakes concern for Gajraj and tries to learn more about him. As she sits in the vehicle with Gajraj Mukhi spots them together n he gets furious with Gajraj for snatching away his prized vehicle and also trying to win affections of Purvi . Purvi fights off Angry Vir n shields Gajraj who pretends to get scared n crouches behind Purvi .

She discovers somebody had plotted to get rid of Gajraj by sending him poisonous sticks . Purvi decides to save Gajraj from the poisonous sticks but she gets affected by the poison
