Another reason I am loving the Pulkit-Sai relationship especially in this track is precisely this reason.

So far he has been her mentor, but in this track he is the only support system she has. He has seen her breakdown, her pain and he also understands her psyche in helping V.

Thats why I didnt exactly mind his comparison with Pakhi.. because at the end he knows that Sai will be at the same position at Pakhi. Betrayed by V.

And he might have been weak in his wedding track but nowdays it is like he is the only sane voice among all the characters. and kudos to Yash Pandit for doing it well.

Sometimes it feels better than Sam-Sai relationship coz Sam is still biased to PP whereas Pulkit is as objective as it gets.

I havent watched KD so cant say...

But this is something I have a different viewpoint.

KD ended few years ago, was for a regional audience and as times change perspectives change.

For comparison, see the new and old BALH... the leads did not share a bed in the old one until consummation... here in the new one they do so from the first day itself. even though it is a deal marriage kind of thing in both.

Also BALH2 is progressing quite fast.. these two are much comfortable physically in sharp contrast to the old one.

So, this hand holding etc I can account for that. But this is purely my POV, others may not agree.

Also his look with Shruti>>>>>>> with Sai.

Yes VD in MD👍🏼.. I think he is doing a Similar kind of role in his new show. Also how can we forget Risab Bajaj,ASR and Dev Dixit and many more...all these characters were grey shaded complex characters. They became iconic coz of the actors who played those characters.

Here we have a male lead who can't even differentiate between angst and hatred. I fail to understand whether he is love with Sai or Pakhi or with Shruti, sympathize with Sai or Pakhi or Sh Sab ke sath same expression

Pullu entered girl's hostel, sai asked him to sit, still last episode he didn't... today he did at a distance, on the other single bed, the whole sequence didn't look cringy... Yash pandit might seem blank sometimes but he is too good in his voice modulation and body language...the parallel sai Pulkit scene was really soothing in between all cringe shown in Virat-Shruti scene.

I agreed with that dialogue...Virat is indeed a dhokebaaz and Pullu is right...abhi we know sada will come, hence there will be closure of track but if he didn't? They could have easily shown Virat-Shruti...there was a time when he thought that he loved Pakhi and married Sai, after sometime fell in love with her, now he is supposedly in love with Sai but gave up on her so easily and some days and he can fall in love with Shruti... the main reason for my contempt with the show, 400 episodes, they try to give soulmate angle to them but never did we as audience feel that... Virat/ NB failed on that aspect...

You watched Anu aunty, in that forest king the villain, his scenes nowadays are giving same vibes as virat...the same self victimization, the same hatred to his second wife kavya, the same trying to trap a rich mukku and move on with her ..parallel can be made, however, Sudhanshu is a much better actor.

I agreed with whatever pullu said but can't take it when they try to justify pakhi or compare her with Sai.

See, my point is again the same, pullu and DIG held Sai's hand, both touched her forehead to check her temperature but it didn't give that cringe, eww feeling that Shruti touching Virat's forehead did.

Also, it's not okay to care for someone else the same way you do with your wife, like he did with Shruti, in front of Sai, came running to support and make her lie down, they even showed a flashback parallel scene through sai... could be taken to increase her misunderstandings but that was also not needed, since Sai is quite stubborn and she already saw sahas and knew about the ideal pati of Shruti Virat Chavan.

I agree with everything you say.

In the end, it all comes down to how V is with Shruti/Pakhi and Sai. and theres no difference... thats the whole issue.

I have no sympathy for him and mentally curse myself for liking him in the initial episodes.

It is precisely this reason I didnt like Tu bin bataye. Infact I liked mere yaara dance better because he was not butchered that bad then and it seemed that he was genuinely disturbed by Sada's death etc.

Now I almost hate him. 💔

That's what, he is giving that three timer vibes...fgs, he is a ML and not some villain who could be excused for his misplaced and screwed morals...

I never watched Tamarind for the same reason, the ML was a bigamist there.

Similarly, if you watched Udaariya, the ML was a two timer, they got a new ML, however the new ML was made obsessive type villain to whitewash ML and sail their ship, the fall in TRPs show audience rejected it...the show has same writers as Ghum.
