I am thinking that how can Malvika support vanraj even when he is wrong....as it makes no sense..

Malvika is not a child and she knows that yanraj had an affair as that is deception to anupama and she thinks that's fine....she has no sense of morals and decency.

Anupamaa should also tell anuj about vanraj as that's his sister.

I've tried to understand that too - Knowing that Anu (her would be bhabhi was abused by this sociopath for 25yrs) she still supports him?? Her brother disapproves of him and so does Anupama, there must be some sense -

She is from US and EMA, divorces are very common here and people really dont care who is with whom. And she doesn’t know to what extent Anu was abused. All she knows that Vanraj was in forceful relationship with Anu and so he had an affair outside.

Exactly her behavior is making me hard to belive tht she was victim of domestic violence one man cheated her for money. Her husband physical abuse her. Still she is easily trusting falling on other man just can't relate with her character much .

Malvika is made to think like that because of the great script writers if Anupama.

When scripts are written with no logic then these illogical things will happen.
