It's curious that he's only worn it twice. And both times are like a public declaration of sorts to the people around them. I am likely wrong and it likely means nothing. It was just very weird that he got all dressed up that day. Today makes sense, it's his party.

It was SUCH a beautiful show, until of course they ruined it. But the music, I love it so much, it’s so beautiful!
