All he cares about his job. Ok cool, they are not his friends. But he's gaslighting a girl, breaking relationships, gossiping like he's the better person. Someone needs to put him in place.

Another thought about ansari.

He's not mingling with others not cause there is class difference or that others hate him. He don't gell because he's a negative person which is probably his own insecurity of poor background/lack of knowledge or talent etc. He might win and won't be because he's the best of the four. It's cause he sabotaged friendship and love for his win. Abhay may or may not love sia, but he left a surgery and an opportunity to become lead to be by her side. Piroz was always a good friend to others. These three are a thick trio and ansari will not have that ever if he don't change. He always sees things as a transaction- he was like as if abhay/p/sia become lead they will make him scrub toilet or something. The funny thing is he will surely make the others do derogatory stuff in the name of "lead".

Of course it's the weakness of sia abhay they couldn't handle professional and personal life properly.

I do find his backstory interesting but I dislike the way he gossips about people and make his own stories.

In reality, many people won't befriend such persons or talk to if they know he will make up false stories and circulate it around. 😆

Honestly, after seeing yesterday's episode(haven't seen the ones before), I agree. He was always shown to be this gossip monger, manipulator, someone who liked watching the world burn but now he's taken things too far. I would rather Abhay won the competition than him. But I doubt that would happen.

All characters have great scope for growth(nice way of saying I dislike all of them as doctors atm). I hope they all get their character graphs

V leads the team with his redemption, hes not a villain but hes not a sympathetic hero either. Abhay next. sia already getting reality check. Ansari has obvious insecurity issues, but hes becoming a bully now. the way he is mentally harrassing sia, its not coming as a concerned person. something needs to shake him so that he changes, kind of like what happened with sia (patient's death, abhay's feelings, dad's health)
