Because Bollywood is unfair to male actors who are new.

They would rather take new PYT opposite Khans, Akshay, Ajay or Hrithik than give chance to a new male talent.

Even media does not cover Mr World, Mr Universe or Gladrags Manhunt or Mr India events.

I wonder why? I do know women used to watch Mr India with interest when it aired on TV in 90s and early 2000s.

But for some odd reason Miss Universe and Miss World or Miss India get more attention and almost like a national achievement.

Bollywood is controlled by cartel of senior male actors who are also producers. They block entry of new male actors and make it way harder for anyone especially who is not a star kid.

Younger girls are easier to exploit and give flower pot roles. Male actor will need better roles and not just be a wallflower. And no senior actor wants new male actors to get meaty roles.
