Now that V is the partner, he could give Kavya a job in his firm, so now Kavya works for Vanika...and there she gets jealous of M, creates problems etc etc

As far as twists n turns are concerned, K will be insecure and the motor-mouth she is - she will blab and create tension for herself n V . M isn’t Anu and would give back equally or Anuj may get pissed off with all the nonsense.

MaAn+ Malvika also turns out to be MaAnVika - with the current scenarios in mind, there might be hiccups initially and once Mukku warms up to Anu then am sure they all together will have a blast just like our original MaAnVika. Anu even keeps peaceful relation with K toh with Mukku being her Anuj’s sister, will work leaps and bounds to bridge their gap and down the lane this Nanad-Bhabhi will have a great camaraderie.
