Reasons for Thanda BB season

Few years back, BB used to havr nominations inside confession room, noone knew who nominated whom, then they had fun, secret tasks where they would win luxury hampers and also get to decide the whole ration list. I remember they had this task of a King having queen and then everyone was serving them, chor-police task, behaving like small kids and many more fun things. All we have seen now is just aggression and overlapping of noises. Noone gets to talk properly. People like Pratik keep ranting one statement 100 times, but we can’t understand anything. Past contestants are brought in repeatedly to revive the show, but it fails miserably. When Pratik drags Rajiv by his legs, he is not considered aggressive, but Karan chestbumps Pratik and it is wrong, really? Pratik keeps provoking people with his illogical reasoning and constant repetition of statements, when the opposite person retaliates, it is not pratik’s fault. Wasn’t this ulta in season 13 where Asim was considered wrong every time for provoking and Sid was not scolded even though Sid threw Asim on bed and was violent with him. I think this time Umar was right, he had mentioned that how come the topic of him being thrown inside the pool was never brought up, and still he’s considered aggressive. The logic of what’s right and what’s wrong has changed totally as per convenience of channel for their TRP’s, so they bash contestants for no reason. Even Salman has been a total flop as he drags one thing in the whole episode and does not give justice. Rakhi may be considered as an entertainer, but sometimes she crosses her limits and now it has become monotonous. I remember how last year Rakhi was head over heels in love with Abhinav and even cried inside confession room, where was her patnidharam then? Now, when she has brought her pati, she behaves as though she has done a favour on him, none of her nonsense looks real. These things are making BB a floo season as the contestants are not given fair chance and they change their strategies based on information which keeps coming from outside through guests or wild cards.

I concur your thoughts. It's become very uninteresting now. I feel they need to evict one big name to create real sansani 😆

Yes. This season is a bit thanda and dull. So TRP is low.

Also in a small way but one reason behind low TRP is The regional BB running along with Hindi BB.

I think 2-3 states have regional BB running right now on regional channel. And these regional BB have started few weeks earlier to Hindi BB. So many viewers are watching regional BB as compared to Hindi BB.

Many don't prefer watching both daily. So they opt watching only 1 and obviously because regional has started earlier they are tuned to it.

So true. I love authentic Big Brother, watch UK/Aus seasons...they are so good. No interference by makers, the host doesn't even come on TV, just come on audio &Live! No dancing comedy etc, just good game play & strategies.

If I can say this in a raw way without offending anybody I would say, Colors should stop catering to villagers, BB is not a show for them, they wont buy Linious Chicken or Chevrolet car....they need to model the show for city dwellers. This is no Anupama or Gobi Bahu.

Totally agree with you. Also the constant info about outside is also one of the biggest reason.

However this season is a online hit as per voot. Definitely a super flop on tv.

And no matter what it will never revive.

The episode's are so boring.

If a task is given should finish in one episode rather than drag in the next.

Rakhi is monotonous to watch. Whatever Pratik says is just so fast and repeated.

There is no surprise element as sanchalaks are unfair so we already know who or which team will win the task depending on who sanchalak is.

SK looks scripted in WKV. It’s obvious half of the time he doesn’t know what participate talking about.

too much bias and interference by host and bb when they want to unnecessarily expose someone or other's game plan.. e.g Vishal's game plan was exposed in early weeks so his game flopped. Highest level on constant inequality like jungle vs non, and now VIP/Non VIP makes people fight for basic rights instead of thinking of good game plan. Also due to this your real alliances don't matter and you end up playing together with your enemies because both are fighting for the same rights. Like now all non VIPs are in survival mode so they are together even though they have huge differences which has never been nurtured to create real rivalries or hatred etc. Poor contestants are even forgetting simple things like stealing the money from VIPs when vault was open. No one, even supposed masterminds did not think of it? How could they when idhar basic khane ke liye itna ladna padta hai toh deemag kaise chalega. I thought we had the best crop of contestants this time with literally everyone giving 110% in first few weeks and had loads of potential and then ...BB happened to them 😢
