Bob Biswas (2021) Movie Review

Sarring Abhishek Bachchan in lead, Bob Biswas is a character spin off from the 2012 super hit movie 'Kahani'. Produced by SRK's Red Chilies Entertainment is a thriller drama centered around an assassin 'Bob Biswas'. The story is definitely interesting with a character who was in Coma for past 8 years and have lost all his memory is now back to the society. He has now a wife, children, some people claiming him to be assassin but no past memory what so ever.

The script and screenplay is nice, while at places seems bit lethargic but still keeps you hooked for most of the times.

Performance wise, Abhishek has given his best. Post Guru this might be his best role in terms of scope of performance and length of the role. He has done justice to the role. Chitrangadha is pleasant in the housewife kind of role. On the supporting cast the 'hakka noodles' guy, the 'doctor' were impressive with their short stint

Regarding the screenplay and the dialogues , it still could have been tighter and edgy if there were not much subplots. Even climax seems bit forced. Still its commendable job by RCE team for bringing out this kind of stories.

I just watched it. Turned out to be better than Kahaani. Never knew Abhishek Bachchan is this talented.

The movie is actually really good. I watched it last night and Abhishek has also done well. It’s most I’ve enjoyed him since Guru.

Kahani had left me a bit confused but this one didn't.. well made n well enacted.

Hearing such good things about this movie, it’s like music to the ears. So glad Abhi is finally finding his niche. He is a good actor to begin with and acting in these story centric projects, it’s giving him the much awaited mileage as an actor!

Arghh, I just realized that it is on Zee5, which I don’t have.
