Waise since when did IF limited quotes to just one? Pehle toh ek ke neeche ek jitni marzhi quote kar sakte the. Though as per rules only 3 quotes were allowed.

Yes, it was. Too many quotes at times were difficult to read. But one is too less. Arleast 3 should be allowed.
