I don't think he will be friends with her. He doesn't waste time like that. He can't even have a full conversation with her in the phone without getting irritated.

If panic attack also happen it good bcoz everyone will get idea why abhi is behaving like that especially manjiri will try to unite them bcoz she will connect the dots of abhi words.. so hope postive
