Adi was in a way spoiling her saying ki never change and always be the Jhalli you are ...I am not saying it's wrong to be yourself but dude you gotta change not every person will take your crap. Not everyone will look at your jhalliness just the way Adi and Tripathi's do.

And this is where Aryan comes to show her to teach her how a person should be. Manners Are Important! Har cheez ki ek jagaha ek waqt hota hai. You can't always roam being a Jhalli. Sometimes is okay but not everyday. Each time.

Next week he's gonna teach her to eat noodles by chopsticks...Adi ne usse ye kabhi nahi sikhaya saying eat how you like and are comfortable. Ye baat ghar pe theek lagti hai but outside if you do this before 10 ppl then it's embarrassing. I am so happy Aryan is teaching her the basic things and manners.

And again like you said Challenges will make her grow and shine. Aryan knows she's capable of much more...that's is why he pushes and pressurize her.

So true. It's not that she isn't great as she is. But if she wants to advance in this world she needs to know to be able to blend and meet people at their level, meaning in their language.

Aryan is here to take some kind of revenge of his brother in law from him...so these tack ticks to trouble him. And so true it was kiddish. I was literally laughing on that scene 😆

And I didn't find anything symbolic in this though...it was just Aryan troubling Adi 😂

Yeah I was trying to find some symbolism. But all I saw was Aryan being a little shit and Adi learning just how petty this man can be. I couldn't stop laughing it was sooo funny.

Ok, so I have been on and off Imlie, but yes Aryan's entry has definitely caught my attention. Firstly, cause the Malini-Aditya-Imlie triangle has got me exhausted. There isn't anything worth watching in it anymore. At least, Aryan is a breather from that charade, viewers have been putting up with for the love of this show.

As of now, I don't see any love angle working out b/w Imlie and Aryan. All I can see is Aryan trying to carve a diamond from a coal via Imlie, cause she needs that pressure in life to push her towards her best. Now, they want to create this angle in the future, they can, but Aryan is no Prakash for sure and even if he isn't the lead, he is at par with him.

Aryan, I can still feel that he can be drawn to Imlie, but from where Imlie comes, the core thought process is that pyaar karna hai to pati se, and that cannot be changed. Imlie has maintained that since Day 1, inspite of Aditya coaxing her to do so, cause it was her choice and that is the culture she lives and breathes. So, really high hopes from Gul or Sitara people to step out of that and show Imlie as breaking past that conditioning and embracing love as is and not as an obligation to her marriage.

With AdiLie, I have always felt that Aditya was attracted to her, but Imlie idolized him like Satyakaam. And getting married to him just added another layer of respecting the husband bit. But had all the forced marriage trope not happened, would she still be with Aditya, if there weren't corresponding characters and situations, who knows. Then mess after mess kept happening and circumstantially AdiLie were tied together. Aditya was confused, Imlie was emotional, but mujhko hamesha aisa jyaada laga hai that Aditya does love Imlie, but Imlie. Agar shaadi nahi hoti, aur freedom of choice hota, would she still choose Aditya for herself??

Frankly, this entire drama of walking out of marriage and the family was 100 episodes late. Putting up with the Ts and the Cs, and Aditya with his own baggage and irritating cluelessness, Imlie should have done so earlier.

Imlie deserves better, and for that she needs to be better, fight for her own identity and she needs someone tough like Aryan to push her. Surely, she can choose to be her real self, but doesn't need to clown around on a regular basis. Ab ladki ko bada hona bhi hai aur banna bhi hai.

Apart from that, I would say, I am up for the AryLie story. Hope to see some healthy friendship, mentorship and maybe a fresh perspective on how love can happen without being married or bound to a person.

Lovely post libran...I agree to a lot of points that you mentioned. I would really like to see Imlie moving on and experiencing true love without any boundaries or conditions with Aryan. I just can't see her sobbing and depressed now. Since the day she has been married to Aditya the poor girl is only crying and suffering.

+1 to if she wasn't forcefully married to Aditya than maybe the scenario would have been a lot more different.

I am really happy that she left those life sucking ppl and is moving on. Those ppl don't deserve her.

And abt the story I think from now on Aditya is gonna be the main villan....because he is obsessed with Imlie (just like Malini is to him). Yesterday we got hints on him questioning her closeness with Aryan. I am getting a feeling that soon he's gonna character assassinate her 😭 and is going to keep taunting and questioning her (just like Vanraj did/does).

Let's see what happens next....also welcome to the clan 🤗

The bold so much. I am dreading another forced marriage track. What I suspect may happen is a fake engagement that is secretly real in Aryan and Imlie's hearts. This would be the opposite from what I saw with Aditya and Imlie briefly - a real marriage that turned out to be hollow for Imlie.

Yeah, agreed. Also the bold so much. It's almost already happening a bit. Just this week alone: criticizing Imlie's front page, accusing her of ego, and the way he slammed her about Aryan post aarti - just wow. Imlie was enraged. I could totally see this go Vanraj way.
