The problem for me is the timing for Imlie's self-respect, in Aditya's words 'EGO' to awaken. I am sorry, should have happened earlier. When the T's began showing how shitty they can be, when Aditya deleted the proof of his innocence, when he questioned her support for Satyakaam, when he questioned her if she shot Malini. Shouldn't have come down to the last straw at all. And Aditya's reasoning that he only questioned her, which isn't questioning, its basis stemmed from Malini's version of the story. What I don't get at all is the graph of Aditya's character is weird. When he was married to Malini, he contradicted every POV of hers for Imlie, and now when he is with Imlie he is listening to her and forming the basis of an argument. Kya ajeeb character hai Aditya.
Ideally, I just want them to draw proper contrast between Aryan and Aditya in my opinion. Aryan ka jo bhi agenda ho, as 2 characters who will be heavily influencing Imlie's life, I want some proper contrast. For example, Imlie always looks up to Satyakaam, Aditya highlights the torchbearer of honesty aspect, then Aryan could highlight the tough, dangerous, rebel aspect of his. But let's see. Log, show TRP aur paise ke liye banate hai. Hum kya chahte hai kisiko usse koi matlab nahi.
