Well today too if i talk about me, I used to take assurance from parents, even for my makeup or skin care, no matter they are least concern about it and always say yes and ask me why I ask them for these things.

Well Anupama as u mentioned, Babuji was the moral compass, if he is with her, she is right. Anu was brought up like that and taught the same from her mother.

But what she got in return, people took her for granted, her family, ker kid, she never thought anything for herself. That is why may be Babuji asked her to move on and think about herself now only.

People in Shah's never thought that she can even think of exiting but she did, this was the first blow to them, they knew that another person cannot be same as her.

As Leela mentioned sh had become habituated to troubling Anupama. It had become her hobby and Anupama is to be blamed for it.

She took the job of transforming the house into a Ghosla very seriously. She forgave everyone. we have a saying in Tamizh that a mother hen cant be injured by her chicks trampling and trouncing over her. Anupama seemed to live by that.

When Paritosh blamed her character and said nasty things she slapped and severed ties with him.

She has just begun to live for herself. in time she will learn to ignore all taunts.

I hope Anu proposes Anuj in a grand way, it will be so cute and i think he deserves atleast that much after loving her from 26 years

I agree anu need validation but does it need to come from bapuji , is he right person answer no .

Result of 25 yr abuse on Anupama can be easily seen she consider baa as bhagwan , bapuji as her moral compass , her father figure or he understands her which is a joke of d whole serial.

Reality mein baa ko dekh saitan bhi Sharma jaye or Bapuji is person is no morals or very weak morals.

Bapuji is active member of abuse anu faced in past 25 yrs.

Anu's subconscious mind know d reality of bapuji , on her holi drunken outburst she told how much bapuji support her in past 25 yrs .

Kavya kitni bhi nalayak kyu na ho lekin in today's episode she pointed out hypocrisy of bapuji & stated right facts about d old man he is an ecapist & I guess vanraj learnt from him only how to run away from problems. Today also after seeing Vanya fight he was crying mein yaha aaya hi kyu bullshit.

In this house only anupama works on solutions noone else .

Bapuji don't understand anu a bit but just pretend to understand varna he would had never ask anu to stay back after divorce & increase d level of abuse on her .

Is he a kid who don't know understand d nature of his beloved wife & son , don't he know kavya dont likr Anupama .

He did injustice with Anupama as well as kavya 2 . As kavya is a negative character so we don't sympathise with her but she is right bapuji never accepted her as a family member or his DIL which only increased problem Anu , not only kavya but Kinjal 2 got irritated with constant comparison with Anupama .

D nudge 4 Anu should come from a right person that should be devika or kanta aunty who really have morals they don't pretend to have morals .

Maybe your perception is right but what matters is what the character perceives. Anupama says her love for Baapuji is more than Vanrajs. She swallowed the insults of Leela. She was hurt she claims but not angry. What actually made her angry were the insults to Baapuji.

We may consider him a hypocrite, useless, darpok. The eyes of Anupama however, he is a revered father figure. In her conversation with Leela she said she was right which is why Baapuji is on her side.

Attachments ate a mystery and one wonders what Kinjal saw in Paritosh or Samar in Nandini.
