Partly the reason why Kangana seems like the best thing since sliced bread is the lack of acting talent nowadays and era of stars like Katrina Kaif.

If you will compare her to other stars she will seem better. Though if we compare her to actually talented actresses then she will fall short.

If you are going to compare her to Katrina, Kiara, Kriti, Alia etc then she will seem infinitely better.

I would avoid comparing her to Alia because Alia is not as experienced as she is. Alia has done good work in Highway, Udta Punjab and Raazi. If it is playing a psychotic character to get stamp of good actor then Alia can do that IMO.

Kangana did TWMR much later in her career. Unfair to compare her performances in later films to Alia. Let Alia reach that level of experience, then compare.
