When they started job hunting, Rakhee offered kinjal a job. She wanted to get into a job on her merit and got Vanrajs job. Paritoshs male ego was so hurt that he accepted rakhee's offer.

Rakhee also offered Vanraj a poens job. It is not that the job came due to his merit. It came as Rakhee wanted to arm twist the Shahs. Kinjal was annoyed with all the ways Rakhee was annoying and humiliating the Shahs. She requested her to keep out. The only time she was genuinely helpful was when Pakhi went missing.

Paritosh has never been shown to support the family except when he paid the resort bill at kinjals suggestion.
