Can Kinjal really divorce paritosh ?

Paritosh is only wrong in Anu's case but I want to know on what bases Kinjal can divorce paritosh infact more than Toshu it's Kinjal who is more wrong in this relationship .

We do call rakhi as bad mother & Toshu as terrible son & husband but Kinjal to should be given same title as she too is a bad daughter & wife . When did she fulfilled her duties towards rakhi & toshu ? As Kinjal supports Anu so she is good ?

Last time when rakhi slipped on pearls which were scattered on floor Kinjal was a mute spectator & dint dare to move a inch from her place.

Toshu was never wrong in moving out of d house but Kinjal went against him , infact she is always against him .

I doubt divorce r granted coz a person don't respect his mother or dare to move out of a joint family.

On what bases divorce will be granted ?

Do you need an excuse to divorce someone in India? Surely you can cite the reason as incompatibility? Kinjal has a great reason to divorce Toshu. He is a disrespectful, greedy loser. What other excuse does she need? He is emotionally abusive to her as well and bullies her.

On base of cruelty kinjal can get divorce

Kinjal can mention in petition because of husband cruelty she want divorce

Haalan ki court ke saamne cruelty proove karni padegi court ke saamne ki toshu ne kya kya cruelty kiya hai. Jub cruelty court ke saamne truly proove hogi tabhi divorce mil sakta hai

If so why is Kinjal living in his house when he himself was not living. If he greedy , abusive etc just move out of d house ab anu to bhi chali gayi still she is hell bent on living there .

Just pointing finger on Toshu will never give free licence to Kinjal .

Yes Toshu is wrong but kinjal is too is wrong sometimes I feel she married anu & shah house instead of Toshu.

If I right Toshu was very well present with her when she needed him after Dholakia case he never blamed her for that case he just don't want to take out a morcha out of it which Kinjal herself dint wanted initially but once Kinjal decided to fight back he was with her .

Wahi mein puch rahi , kya cruelty ki uske against , arguments cruelty nhi hoti .

I doubt Toshu will ever go abusive on Kinjal coz he fear rakhi d most.

If husband try to dominate wife ki tum yahan nahin jaaogi wahan nahi rahogi. Jo mai kahoonga wohi karogi agar wife ko force kare aur wife ko time aur space na de jaise toshu karta hai to woh bhi cruelty mein hi aata hai

Tell me Surbhi , isn't Kinjal 2 has a dominating nature , how she reacted when she got to know rakhi offered job to toshu .

I think more than the technicality, what will be Kinjal's role if she gets a divorce from Toshu. She is definitely not live under same roof even after seperation..they cannot show them even meeting at work coz they dont work together..or she has to live with Anupamaa and will require a story track of her own..then the loser can blame his divorce also on his mother😑🤨

They might show conflicts and fights and may be even toshu raising hand she filing police complaint and stuff( we know how much star plus like dhoom tanana na)...but divorce is unlikely unless they can think of a good storylinr for her..🤔
