I read the arguments and all today. I really hope the Judge reminds Mr. Jabba that the onus was always on the Prosecution to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt. How can he say we arrested Aryan for conspiracy but we cant really prove it. 🤢👎🏼

High court should also mention how callous the lower courts have been in this case. 🥱

Shri Aryan Khan is not a judge to give you a clean chit and there is not even single charge against you to arrest Shri Aryan Khan.

You have been charged for corruption, extortion, taking advantage of reservation which you do not deserve, fake identity, vasooli business.

Since when distancing yourself from a matter = giving clean chit.

Mumbai cops have assured they will give him a 3 days notice before arresting him .. so Wankhede's affidavit has got dismissed, they are to conduct and investigation - FIR, charge sheet will be filed accordingly.😆
