Even then, people would claim he deleted relevant parts. Meaning even if courts let him go, his reputation is irreparably damaged.

Let's say you're right, and he did take drugs. A private citizen doing a personal harm is by orders of magnitude less than a governmental agency luring said private citizen with political workers, using fake witnesses, conducting a media war, and keeping him in prison for a conspiracy they admitted they have no proof of. The second is actually harmful to nation. The first is harmful only to Aryan Khan. We'd be better off hoping India wakes up to what authorities are doing. Too much power in the hands of the government is always a problem. The guilty until proven innocent law does exactly that. Government has to be by, of, and for the people, not over the people.

I agree with all the above points but

I am not understanding this reply to my post all i did was wish him luck for his future

Did i accuse him of anything?? Or support government?? Or say he was not harassed etc ? No.

Mine and your posts are so unrelated.

I understand the drug menace but after i went back for my masters to delhi university i realised that context is key... Everyone smokes weed... Like literally everyone in their 20s today.... They are not druggie/charsi... You cannot equate cocaine to weed, you cannot equate occasional recreational use to addiction and abuse...

By their own admission, the ncb found evidence of drugs in chats back to 2018... So in the 3 - 4 years since then they found nothing... So atleast he is not a habitual user... All i can see is just a normal 20 year old who occasionally smoked weed while studying abroad...

They have scarred that boy for life... And i am not exaggerating... Indian jails are a cesspool of filth and lowest of humanity... You cannot even imagine the state of jail by even 1% accuracy.... When i went there as part of legal aid, i came back and wanted to scrub myself with bleach... I just hugged my mom for an hour bec i thought i would never be warm again.... For him (or anyone) to be stuck there for almost a month without reasonable cause is horrific... He doesn't need to learn anything... He has been through enough

All i did was wish him best for his future. I am trying and failing to understand these long replies to my simple post.

The focus of what you said was on Aryan's alleged drug use while a much, much bigger (legalized) crime was committed by the government.

That's what people are saying.

Ok, I get it. It's just people are still reeling from how long authorities can go.
