I mean it in the sense that his presence there was like that. It over powers every one. Not in a bad way or something. 😆

Danish's reservedness can be very intimidating for some. And he seems to take everything very seriously, in simple words, intense banda lagta hai, isliye people get intimidated by him 😆

But when he must be opening up to people, he'd be very fun and chill 😆

But seriously, i think it was a big blunder on his part to venture into movies. He should have just stuck to dramas no matter what. I think it did damage to his career graph and people later were left with those films images in their head for a long time. Sad!

Aisa kya hai movie mein? Why didnt he promote it? Ye actress hai kaun ?

But lets wait for lux style awards to air. Have to see what Ahsan's reaction was in general for the people that didn't turn up and DT in particular when his name got announced. That will kinda seal the deal for me to some extent.

He only signed that film because Sangeeta made it and she's like a veteran in the Pak Industry. But it was the most outdated POS I had ever seen.

I think he did a sensible thing foraying into films at the time. Even though not all his films were massive hits, he became a part of the Lollywood revival. And he wasn't getting the best roles in TV back then. Remember "Hum Thehray Gunehgaar" right? Very disturbing and weird roles he was doing.

So films like Wrong No and Mehrunissa (which had lots of artists from India in the music department, adding to the film's value...I don't think there's been another Pak film that got T-Series on board) really made him a leading man, out of those weird roles. And as bad as Wajood was, the amount of money and promotions really put in the spotlight. If Lollywood would've grown, Danish would've been an A-Lister by now for sure.

But because he was doing those films I named, he started getting better parts on TV. Even if they were grey roles, at least the characters had some sort of storyline. Jaan-E-Alam, Arham, then ofc Sultan and Shahzaib. Its worked out for him. Whether the industry agrees or no, he proved he can be a film hero too, much better than most actors who are still working in films there.
