Brain-drain is a term we all are familiar with, it is the emigration of trained indivisuals to other nations. Talking of india, the rate of emigration has been increasing rapidly. Many people who have good degrees are migrating to other countries(specially US) to get a good job and make a suitable living.

But this in turn is helping other countries for their economic growth. Citizens of our country are helping other nations to grow economically when our country needs trained and talented people for it's own economy to grow.

But, there are some advantages for an indivisual aswell. So, is it right to leave your country and go to some other? or should people live in there own country?

Immigration is not a new concept. Indians and people in general have migrated all over for better opportunities and have made huge contribution to the adopted countries. In the last couple of centuries Indians have migrated to Africa, Fiji, UK, South America, Carribean and USA and Australia.

Britain's first non-white MP, Indian Dadabhai Naoroji, was elected to the House of Commons in 1892.

😆 😆 yeah and the incentive would be to offer them Indian salaries and to bring all their family and relatives to join them in the west. 😉

Did you know Egyptian embalmers sucked the brain out through the nose. That is not right, the brain should not be drained. It came in a package called the skull thats where it shall stay. Where the skull goes there the brain goes. Although if you are afraid of losing a skull you can always crack it and render it immobile. Maybe we can crack enough skulls and have a lab full of paralyzed Stephen Hawking geniuses to serve us.
