she irritates me to no end....

i find it odd but i get more and more irritated with shilpa saklani 😡in each episode.

1) the girl really does not know how to dance at all and does not even make in effort(this comes as a surprise since most actors have bollywood aspirations and have atleast basic knowledge of dance to build on) poor apu has to carry the whole dance on his shoulder all along.as apoorve said they actually practice for only an hour seriously (well ...dearie it shows in your wife's performance)

2)i have yet to see an episode where she is not hanging on the apoorve , almost trying to climb upon him or with her arms around his neck or vice versa(looks like a vice around neck most of the time)🤢. i do understand that they love each other , but intimate looks(varun/raajeshwari) , memories(sachin/supriya, archana/parmeet😳) are more effective.it is almost as if they keep trying to convince everyone(and themselves???) about thier love by fitting in some romantic mold. i would love to see an episode where they have atleast two feet distance between them and apu is not talking about how shilpa finally married him and shilpa is making wierd faces(she has this oh really !! expression on her face all the time)

3) okay this thing really bugged me...she is irritated because her family is comprised of members too old to vote from morning to evening and she thinks that it is not fair . here is my question....how many votes do you think that family members can give that way, is she trying to implicate that her performance is better than others but those few family member votes make the difference. well here is a suggestion if she feels so bad about it , she can hire a maid who keeps dialing on behalf of her family and voting, i hope that will make the voting system fair.

4) i feel she is too vain, she does not want to come on stage bcoz she is not a preety sight without her teeth (pain would have been a better reason), someone should tell her that this is a dance competition and not beauty contest. looks do hold points but it is the guts(like raajeshwari, archana) or the dance that impresses the viewers in the end.

maybe i am nitpicking but i can't help thinking the best looking couple on the show do not have enough spirit or focus to keep it fun and competitive on the show.

i agree i dont like apoorve and shilpa couple they dont know how to dance.i dont know why people give vote to them.good couple are going out but shilpa-appu are still there.and judges also giving good marks .their perfomace was usually totally flope.no dance in their dance.saroj khan always favour for them thaty why i dont like saroj

ya i dont think she should tell all this stuff.even they are getting votes just for armaan suri not there dancing skills.amit neeru was better dancer then this one but still they are in competion.

I disagree with everything. I think they both are so cute together. They both love each other very much and it shows on screen. I mean, rajeshwari was all about "vote vote vote" and that is all I have heard her say every time camera is on her. Shilpa & Apurva never ever said vote for us until this week's episode and even in articles they were the only couple who don't go out of their way to advertise. Everyone else is all about vote for us vote for us.
As far as their dancing skills go, they are very good dancers. There is no way that neeru and amit are better than them. Amit can't even dace. Neeru and Amit have been getting low scores from beggining from all three judges (who are good at their job). I mean saroj khan's opinion means a lot to all the dancers because she is a dancer herself. I am a trained dancer too and I can tell shilpa & apoorva are better than neeru and amit. Even when they asked sachin and supriya's choreographers they even said that apurva and shilpa jodi is their favorite jodi. and Sachin and Supriya agreed too.
There are so many people behind poor shilpa, always critising her for everything she does. But in the TV industry, everyone adores her. All her co-stars, friends always say good things about her and obviously they know her in real life so she can't be that bad. Even in nach baliye, she is always the first one to hug the couple eliminated or feel bad about it.

i don't think apoorva and shipa can dance. both need to buid some muscles, as they look very unstable when dancing, looks like they will fall if the wind blows.

😆 😆 😆 i wonder why the judges don't cr 😆 iticize them so harshly?

One thing would like to say that Apoorva and Shilpa should gain some weight...They have lost weight may bcoz of conttinuous dancing...
Shilpa Saklani looks more preety with filled cheeks and Apoorva too.....

i agree to you partly....i agree they look great together, they are in love with each other(which couple isn't???). however i am surprised that inspite of being a trained dancer you find her good(apu is okay, we are only talking about shilpa). there has been no improvement her, in all lhonesty,look at her performances and tell me that it does not look like the work of a novice.poonam and amit really seemed to improve with each performance but not shilpa.

now for votes part, the couple is in news constantly not unlike hiten-gauri. and they are already quite popular. most people are voting for ganga and armaan rather than shilpa and apoorve(thier dance i meant) unlike other couples who 's onsceen characters are not as popular. i am not complaining, it is part of the game but shilpa has no business complaining about it too. maybe you are right about raajeshwari(though i don't remember as such) but she is a better performer and also somehow comes off looking not as arrogant as shilpa.

it is not unusual for everyone to have some favourites(it is part of human nature and judges are guilty of it too).they try to be fair but it would be wrong to call thier judgements flawless.thier criticizations are always fair, unfortunately marks are not. personally i think sachin/supriya(it is all in thier feets and pure dance technique), archana/parmeet(talk about innovativeness and presenting the standard fare with new packaging) and varun/raajeshwari(they have learnt to hide each others flaws on dance floorand they choose steps that complement them physically ,making it all look effortless) are the only people who have that star spark. rest excel by thier hard work or choosing a theme that targets a particular viewer category.

the way i see it the show is not about favourites or thier reallife personalities but performances and attitudes on the show. trust me when i say this, i have nothing against her(i have never met her), but she does not comes out smelling like roses on small screen( maybe she needs to tone down her attitude or mince her words and use them more diplomatically).as for people criticising her every action, i wonder why that should be happening??. she seems like a cool person generally.

I agree with u. I think Shilpa has not improved at all since her first performance.Whatever maybe the reason for it(she does not enough time for practise or something), but it does show. There perfromance lacks chemistry and energy. Apoorva dances much better than her. And definitely the judges are partial towards them in terms of criticising. Sometimes they are even praising Shipa 😕. Even then I think this couple will be there for some more rounds solely due to the popularity of the screen charachters they portray.

And yeah, Shilpa saying that no one from their family calls everybody or votes (something to that effect) might have been for some symphaty.

I agree, SHILPA SUCKS!!!! Actually Apoorva is ok-ok dancer, he looks tense all the time though. But from the beginning I somehow was never impressed with their songs or dance.Everytime I keep thinking that the judges will probably give them low scores like they did to SS or VR, but noooooooooo...that's what surprised me.

Lets put it this way, I think of the couples that are left, they HAVE to be the one next to go, but I dont see that happening, for the soul reason that they are riding very high on Apu's popularity, so they will always have audience votes to save them...Have you noticed how every week they are within the top three inspite of ok-ok scores...its all audience. Face value counts always...a reason why some politicians win and some don't....a reason why Bunty Aur Babli sells and not My Brother Nikhil...Nothing can be done...wont be surprised if they make it to the top
