Want to ask you about CID again. When did you start watching CID? Did you enjoy watching CID till the last episode or you did feel that it's quality had rapidly gone down? If yes, is there any definative moment where you felt so? I thought to put this as a topic in CID forum but all the old members are inactive now. Looks like all active members there now are CID fanboys. So I don't want to engage in unnecessary verbal spat with them. So asked you.

Sorry for the late reply , I was busy with assignment work.

I started watching cid at 2015. No I didn't enjoy it till the last ep....I could tolerate the post 2005 episodes but this show declines for me when Sachin and Kajal entered and everything became too OTT and most of the cases were YSPT.....the show further declined when 20/30 officers joined the show during 2012-2013 these episodes gave rise to the cid memes 🤢🤢😣..... CID forum is archived but you're right about the fanboys over there....

Well for me, I have already told that I have started watching CID around 2003 and pretty much watched it every week till the last episode barring few missed episode. Well, I didn't enjoy till the last epi either and hated OTT phase.

I do remember definative moment from where I felt I don't have that same connect which I used to feel earlier with CID. It's quite an interesting story and I hope you find it interesting too. On one Thursday, I followed my regular routine till the night. In the night after dinner around 10.30 I switched on tv to see if there is something worth watching as I didn't have anything else to do. I started surfing the channels and in that Sony appeared and on that CID was going on and I had missed at least half an hour of it. I couldn't believe first but then I realized that day which I was assuming Thursday was actually Friday 😆 I did complete my education till then and didn't found a job yet. So I was sitting at home doing nothing for couple of years. That's why I never realized it was Friday till I saw CID going on TV. But that's not the actual shocking thing. Actual shocking thing was I didn't feel any disappointment that I have missed this episode. It did not matter to me that I won't get to see that episode again. In those days there was no other platform to watch it than TV. YouTube was there but TV channels were not uploading their shows on it yet. So there was no chance that I would get to see that episode again. But I never felt any regret.

Still I don't remember which episode it was or even year (definetly post 2010) but I do remember that 'doesn't matter' feeling and from there it got clear in my mind that CID is not compelling for me anymore.

I loved this video! Within the first minute a random dude says "yeh log har baat mein Gokuldham Gokuldham karte rehete hain , har baat par apne wah wah hi karte hain" that was like music to my ears , and sums up about the show in the recent years as well

Even in today's episode they showed that Chalu Pandey tried to arrest all gokuldham gents instead of secretary and said that he is doing it because they always gokuldham society is one family. That part was also hilarious

Have you watched Bhide's Second Marriage episode? Was actual track of Popatlal's alleged secret marriage. I had really enjoyed that (Bhide's second marriage) episode. Watched it again today. Must say that the comedy from old episodes returned for brief period. It was short but was fun

Oh wow, you are also admirer of Hats off production. I also love their shows. I feel Wagle ki duniya improved much after episode 100(I personally enjoy watching it) . BTW I haven't watched Remote control, but I have heard from some Hats off fans that it's really great so I want to watch it, can you tell me where it's available if you know about it. Thanks in advance.

These Gokuldham wasis claim that they are so sanskari and always talk about principals and values. Still they bought Vada Pav from illegal stall. Even in the show they are 18+ still they are kids and can't go in the bank alone. Height of idiocy 🤢

RIP Nattu Kaka !! You will be missed always !!
