@bold: same , even I tried Wagle ki duniya because of the production company and the creators , but mainly the production company which produced amazing shows in the past like Remote control , sukh by chance , Sarabhai vs Sarabhai and BDSAH... keeping this in mind I tried WKD but I was disappointed....every character quirk became old and boring after 5 episodes , starting from Dasani to joshipura's dialogue became old.....even though uncle Ojha was irritating sometimes in BDSAH his 501₹ dialogue never got old....and my main problem with Wagle ki duniya is that they're passing a melodrama in guise of a comedy show , there's hardly 4-5 funny dialogues in the episodes but an overdose of melodrama is present....... even Sumeet sir's acting can't help this show..... melodrama/emotional moments , giving messages in a comedy is not bad.... BDSAH nailed it during the end of bhairavi's dada dadi track , Hemant track , Ojha uncle finding out the truth about Manav etc. But at the same time there were dozens of jokes in the middle of such emotional scenes which didn't feel out of place at all....but in Wagle ki duniya it's not the case , they're trying to give 5% of comedy in a show which has 100% melodrama ( this is also one of the reasons for the downfall of TMKOC ). and in the comments section of WKD people are intolerant of anyone with a slightly critical view regarding this show and on top of that some people are claiming that it's the most funniest show in a long time , I agree that this show gives positivity but it's not funny at all.... IMO Wagle ki duniya is only running because of the popularity of the old WKD show....but I think there's some hope for BDSAH returning because the actors who played Ronnie and Liza did a live stream on the 7th anniversary of BDSAH a couple of weeks ago and they hinted about the possibility of the show returning....
