When Jasso's actions disturbed him, he at first exacted his revenge on her by flaunting Tejo. When she ended up clouding his mind, he took revenge on Jasso's thoughts by physically pleasuring himself with Tejo.

That act was enough to distract him that day and also gave him the much needed ego boost. The little bit of goodness in him was there when he regretted the act the next morning. That was the last glimpse of the man who was Tejo's friend where he regretted using Tejo. But after that, he turned to this egoistic, vicious self that is now busy trying to one up Tejo.

He cannot handle getting replaced just like Jasso. Both are two peas in a pod. He cannot bear that Tejo is ready to let him go and she keeps on hurting his ego. Furthermore she is easily seen to be flaunting the respect and regard of his father that he ever wanted.

In a way, FSV is messed up and I cannot see any redemption anywhere.

He at present is not feeling about Tejo leaving him because right now he is trying to stay afloat after losing the regard of his father. He had never wanted to face this. He preferred to run away with Jasso instead of facing his family, specially his father.

His character is such that he wants to take no accountability of his own actions. Which is why right now he is stabilizing himself on just one constant thing - his envy for Tejo.

That has always been there. But before it was never prominent as they were a unit. Now they are pitted against each other and he knows he cannot win. This sense of envy and male ego at being replaced is dominant now. He will definitely feel the emptiness of Tejo's absence later, much later into the story.

But till then, it will be a Vanrajesque Fateh who will remain jealous and flippant to Tejo, burning in the periphery every time he sees her shining brightly.

We do have a savitri satyavan type thing called nombu but there's no fanfare, no chaand sighting, no sieve se husband ko dekhna thing, etc. A very simple ritual and very limited fasting in the sense it all depends on the nakshatra their positions etc so fasting could be only till 8 am or maximum 12 pm!!

This is a debate where no one could give the right answer 😁😁😁

All those sayings that if u dont keep such fasts then ur husband will be in danger or his life threatened just like in serials and movies are just stereotypes created by the senior women to make sure their DIL keep for their sons to protect their life span and health issues.

They do not know and understand the actual reason behind these fasting

U know we all are trying to understand why a decent character suddenly has taken such a nose dive but i am sure the makers dont give too much thought. They are just aiming for high TRP. I doubt anyone of UD team has actually given this much thought to F's character

I still believe there would be vacuum and then realisation. Fateh and Tejo both need space literally as well as metamorphically, which thus far neither of them have got. They are literally surrounded by half a dozen people spewing advices, decisions by drop of a hat which is not helping either. Things don't get clear when you are at each other's faces. They need to be apart. If Tejo would have never returned after that first family showdown then probably by this time we would have got a much stronger self respecting Tejo and a regretful Fateh instead we have emotionally blackmailed Tejo and dumbass spineless coward Fateh. I thinks this track is heading towards the same now after this jail fiasco cause they simply cannot drag this further.

Bade achhe lagte hai 2 has same scenario but different approach . There Saali decided to move on rather then proving her ego . ITV is not always bad. It's just we must choose our drama wisely 😆
