What wrong has Aanchal done?

Hi guys I've just recently started watching this drama, I was wondering whether anyone knows what wrong Aaanchal did to the family.... Did she cause Jaya's death and how?

Aanchal was trying to leave for a place (sorry don't remember the name) to attend a US Visa interview so that she could pursue her studies. She realizes that her bus is late. Jaya is also there at the same bus stand to visit her parents. Jaya and Aanchal start talking and Jaya offers her bus ticket which was leaving immediately to Aanchal so that Aanchal can attend her interview in time. Jaya decides to take the later bus. The bus that Jaya travels meets with an accident and she dies. Aanchal kind of feels that just coz she exchanged her ticket jaya embraced her death and hence she feels guilty. She also comes back from US and takes up tuitions for Jaya's kids. Hope this helps.
