Another vishesh tippani: if you’re in India, you don’t really need a very high spf because the sun in India is very gentle compared to the west where the sun burns even brown skins.
unless your exposure to sun is too high, spf 10 or 20 would be just fine.
People abroad especially in the west, particularly Europe, take higher spf because the sun is very close to land. It burns like hell even if you’re in direct sunlight for 5 mins.

also, spf 30 provides 96.7% protection against ubv rays which is quite sufficient and spf 50 has 98% which doesn’t make much difference.
