I loved the way you showed Raghav's concern for Pallavi and how he hugged her

Raghav is always gonna be by her side but i think people don't understand Pallavi's character at all at some points and that is a little harsh on her.

We should understand pallavi's pov and her love for her family. She doesn't deserve to be bashed for missing her family.

Pallavi being an orphan she got her family bcoz of mandaar. If we see the first two episodes Vijay is shown to be very proud of pallavi. The shop helped her to develop her passion for sarees and designing. And going back to home to a loving mother and father was her happiness. Aai and Baba even tried finding a suitable groom for her so that she can move on. But pallavi was hesitant to move on as she didn't want to leave them with their problems. As aai says vijay has lost his judgement of who is right and wrong. He is impulsive and angry. That doesn't make him a bad person and doesn't take away the good deeds/intentions he had for pallavi before all this mess. Mansi is acting selfish now but after mandaars death she was the closest to pallavi and treated her like a sister, she never conspired against her like BWA and amrita.

People here in IF are saying she should forget them. Aise easily MU ki wajah se family se rishta tod toh nahi sakte na. Asli mummy papa hote toh chhor deti kya?

Aai ,nikhil & Milind trust her. Aai is angry with pallavi for not sharing her problems, but she also misses her alot and is trying to control her emotions.

For pallavi at present Raghav is a stranger who snatched her family bcoz of one MU. After what he did it is difficult for her to trust him again with anything. Building trust takes time. For her gaining acceptance from family is important, then develop friendship and baad mein love hoga.

Your story gives good insight into Pallavi's memory of bereavement. I think there must be so many more memories to fill out what you wanted to show - why Pallavi appreciates her Deshmukh family.

• How Manasi must have included Pallavi in all of her girlish activities, taking photographs of her.
• How Amruta would act out because she was grieving for Mandar, and Pallavi would ask her to tell stories about him.
• Bābā taking Pallavi to the shop and showing her how to run it, before he had the heart attack.
• Sulochana interrupting Pallavi's video chats with Siddhesh and Pavani to give them the impression that Pallavi is miserable and they should take her away.
• Milind sitting next to Pallavi as she dyed sarees, talking at length about ordinary daily events.
• Nikhil asking Pallavi to fix him a snack, and showing her how much interest he got on social media.
• And Āī waking up Pallavi early in the morning to practise her dance, and trying to copy her moves.

I think Mehndi Hai Rachnewali started out strong with so many promising supporting characters with their own personalities, and after Manasi's photo shoot with Kirti, that strength almost entirely disappeared. Now the supporting characters are just in two factions: the "positive" characters who pretend they're Farhad and cheer for Pallavi + Raghav, and the "negative" characters who make sour faces at them.

Has anyone written fan fiction about Pallavi's two years in the Deshmukh family before she met Raghav?

It's so beautiful 💞💞 conveying the deepest pain n fear of Pallavi which she always kept behind the facade of being a smiling n happy persona.
