TRUE INCIDENT????????

I recently heard about an incident from a friend that a boy was driving n there were 2 taxis by the sides from which one just went by n was very close 2 the car, but the boy ,when he went 2 take the car on side, his car got skid n banged a li'll 2 the other taxi. The other taxi driver was drunk (thats what is said) n had a family sitting in the car n the boy got down 2 see the damage that happened 2 the taxi n then, the car as , the car was in no condition to work n the man n his wife who were in the taxi, started hitting the boy with some other peopl who were there around but there was one guy who wasn't related 2 the incident came n started hitting him very badly (that man was some kind of local ghatti maharashtrian so was the family) but it was not entirely the boys fault n he did say sorry but they were still hitting him n on the other hand said, that instead the boy was drunk when he was not. He was just going home from somewhere n now the boy is injured a li'll badly n very much in pain n then they went 2 d police station where the man n the wife were lying that the boy had hit the man's wife whereas, it was vice -versa n then the boy's mom came n got him out n the police also understood that the fault was not the boy's but now the car is damaged n the boy's condition is also not good he will hv 2 get x-rays done n it can be a hairline fracture(hope not). That stupid man kicked him n boxed him on the waist n head . IT WAS GOD'S GRACE DAT NOTHING MAJOR HAPPENEND. HOW CAN AN UNKNOWN MAN HAVE A RIGHT 2 HIT ANYONE ? N FIRST OF ALL HOW CAN THEY HIT SOMEONE LIKE THIS IF SUCH INCIDENTS HAPPEN? WHAT R THE POLICE FOR THEN? SHOULD THOSE PEOPLE ALSO NOT BE PUNISHED N PUT BEHIND THE BARS? N THE POLICE ALSO LEFT THEM BUT DID TAKE MONEY ? ALL THEY CARE IS HOW 2 EARN FROM SUCH INCIDENTS? NOW IF SOMETHING WOULD HAVE HAPPENED 2 THE BOY WHO WOULD BE PUNISHED? N NOW THAT HE IS INJURED WHO IS SUPPOSED 2 GO THROUGH ALL THE PAIN ? ITS THE FAMILY OF THE BOY N NOT THOSE MONEY MINDED PEOPLE OR THOSE WHO HAD HIT HIM. IS THERE ANY LAW LEFT OR NOT ? WHY DID D DRIVER WHO WAS DRUNK NOT GET PUNISHED ? NOW WHERE DOES THE LAW GO? I WANT UR OPINION ON THIS. PLZ REPLY.

guys this is no joke. it is about a boy who was badly beaten up by people, when it was not his fault as, when his car got banged to a taxi his car had got skid and nothing happened 2 anyone except the cars got banged a little. but still the boy was honest 2 come out of the car n say sorry but in return got beaten up by the public. actually the taxi driver was drunk but no one said anything 2 him n he also had a family in his taxi , but nothing happened to them as well. so the question is HOW CAN PEOPLE HIT SOMEONE LIKE THAT WHEN THEY R NOT EVEN RELATED 2 THAT INCIDENT? IT IS THE JOB OF THE POLICE TO LOOK AFTER ALL THESE THINGS? IF PUBLIC HAS 2 DO SO THEN WHAT WILL THE POLICE DO? AND THE POLICE THAT SAW THIS KNEW THAT,IT WAS NOT THE BOY'S FAULT. N PEOPLE STANDING AROUND JUST WATCH N DO NOT HAVE THE GUTS 2 SAVE THE BOY INSTEAD READY TO HIT.

Yes, the mob should not have beaten up the boy like that, especially for no fault of his. I have heard road rage cases in Haryana and Delhi where people took out the gun and shot the other driver just over insignificant issues like fender benders and right of way. It's unfortunate that such incidents are becoming more and more prevalent in India. Really don't know what else to say here. It's a no brainer that whatever happened to that boy was wrong and totally unjustified.
