Ahilya's journey from the submissive and always obedient DIL to a firm administrator will be worth watching for.😎 I am glad they didn't show her to be like that just after the leap, but slow and steadily the journey towards that firmness is being shown.

I don’t think it’s right to show her change from submissive to assertive without showing the right progression towards it! It feels really unnatural because Ahiliya being only 17, mentally she should be at a stage where she is still finding herself, yet maintaining her original personality and intelligence along with the innocence! This actress is performing as if Ahiliya is 35! 🤦🏻‍♀️ The writers need to keep the age in mind, and brain development, before writing the characteristics of the character and the actress should also keep it in mind when performing the part ! Wish they hired a better actress to play the role of Ahiliya !! 😭

agreed! She doesnt fit the 17yr old ahilya. She just looks too old for thst. Dont want to age shame the actress but she doesnt fit in the role for now. But she can play the older ahilya, the queen. She seems too serious at times and when she tries to play the childish version it looks forced
