Tbh he was shirtless, so we don’t know if while wrestling for the flags he got hurt or scratched. Also it’s clear in the cameras he was the one pushing repeatedly and aggressively.

He jumped on top of Nishant to wrestle for the flags and maybe then he got scratched that is when Pratik had contact to pull him off nishant. Chalo episode mai dekhte hai.
