The amount was never credited to her account, it got credited to the frauds account, which means she must have signed as a guarantor without even knowing it on the basis of her commercial property. Now I don't know if the entire Shah family can be held liable or not given her legal status but given she has a share in the caarkhaana or is a Co owner of the same was used as security against the loan.

So the great mahaan anupamaa did not read the papers nor did she bother to understand what was in it, neither did Samar read the papers, and she signed the loan application or guarantors form, gave away her original document ID details to them and got the entire family indebted.

Although I appreciate her being honest it still doesn't excuse her and as rightly pointed by Vanraj, she knows to cook, she knows to dance, but she doesn't understand legal or financial matters at all so why poke her nose where it doesn't belong? A person shouldn't try to become a God. This is what happens when uneducated, naive and inexperienced people blindly carry out such responsibilities that they cannot handle alone. If people are blaming her then they are not wrong at all. Kavya was taunted for being a bad housewife and career oriented woman or selfish or calculative, but the fact of the matter is a bad housewife is still better than a bad finance manager or treasurer, a bad housewife is still better than a naive fool that lacks common sense. A calculative person atleast thinks a hundred times before stepping into any zone they don't understand or atleast gets their homework done, calculative people know how to minimise damage or mitigate against any contingent problems and liabilities and act cautiously. Kavya was the one who swore to ruin the Shah's but ironically it is Anupama who ended up doing that instead. We hate those who think practically like Kavya and put emotional fools like Anupamaa on a pedestal at times and that is exactly how we ruin ourselves too.

I like her too but I hate it when she pokes her nose in places where it doesn't belong. What the hell are lawyers, doctors, financial advisors and accountants there for? Inka kaam bhi Anupama karna chahti hai woh bhi bina degree ke? This is just like that scene in Kahaan hum Kahaan tum where Parvati operates on her dead husband in the OT without a degree.

I know ghum phir kar it will come down to making Anupama a devi and kavya a devil.

Anupama is a fool I agree. But Kavya is a devil. She condoned infidelity. Vanraj Shah is the main culprit but kavya has no morality and can't be trusted. Being surrounded by people like kavya is more dangerous. Anupama might make everyone homeless but kavya can give life long trauma which can't be cured. If we want to live a peaceful life we must avoid people like Kavya and Anupama specially Kavya.

Only Rakhi Dave seems a bit sensible.

A devil can turn into an angel but a fool won't turn into a wise person overnight moreover morals are subjective in nature, also devil's dusro ke saath bura karte hai lekin iss mahaan atma apno ko hi ditch mein phenk diya. Don't bring infidelity into this matter because that topic is long and gone, if you want to bring it up then even Anupama will have fingers pointed at her for staying and living under the same roof as vanraj post her divorce. If Anupama was so great as a wife then why couldn't she understand her husband all these years instead of living in a la la la land of her own? I agree cheating is wrong but you know it takes two hands to clap. You don't have to break something that's already broken if you remember the show kehne ko humsafar hain, had it not been Kavya it would have been someone else for sure, vanraj was not happy with her and wanted an escape so he got it.

What they r showing is basically chit fund scam. Where investor put the money and fraudsters run away with money.

In loan no fraudsters can intermediate. Even if she signed as guarantor still she need to sign before branch manager or loan officer and relationship is also established. And no bank staff was present there. Loan amount can't get credited to others saving account. Only a branch manager can sanction the loan and where fraudsters r involved how did bank gave the loan without meeting the customer🤣

Forgetting real banking anupama is definitely a fool. Anupama and babuji proved be totally foolish. All gyaan they give was totally dabba
