This has no bearing on the fact that she should not quit her job or fight aginst it. She can still keep this info confidential and take action aginst him at workplace by reporting him. It is up to her to decide when and what to disclose to her family. Here the family consists of many members who are not immediate - such as mamji, Nandini. Anyway, everyone's milage varies. To each his/her own!

Jooth bolna and baat ko confidential rakhna is 2 totally different thing.

I felt the same . There were other members also who are not immediate and everyone doesn’t feel comfortable to open up on sensitive issues with distant relatives also.

Anupama ki habit nahin baat ko confifendiial ya jhooth bolne ki what ever agar use yeh force kiya, gaya and kinjal is baat ko ignore kiya ki agar ghar ke log puchne ki kinjal ke saath kya hua to anupama ke liye mushkil hoga, yeh baat nahin batana

Aur waise bhi anupama ne aise nahin bataaya woh jub vanraj ne apne aap yeh kaha ki woh dholkia ko jaanta hai ki woh kaise girls ke saath bateemiji karta hai to vanraj ko already pata, hai ki dholkia kaisa, person hai aur vanraj ne khud sabke saamne bataya, ki how dholkia treat women to aise mein anupama ka baat ko nahin batana koi use nahin thi.
