Why haven’t Gaura tried to explain to people in their family n around tat it’s wrong to call him that.

Whatever is Shiva’s reasoning for discontinuing his studies as parent figures they should have explained to him that:

1. Learning never ends, there is no age limit, he can always take it up later, if he discontinued coz of financial issues, tried to convince him to continue it later n checked in with him abt it periodically.

2.If he was not interested himself in studying further, helped him by giving him more options, maybe an internship at a bigger store, some correspondence courses, attending business management conferences where people interact, all these are more experiences rather than conventional college degrees and might have suited Shiva better!

3. Also they definitely should have tld him how discontinuing studies would create a gap between him and his peers coz that’s how society works. Explained to him how it may not bother him now, but when he’s older and he’s not on par with his peers, it might make him feel inadequate. Also explained that someone he likes may also look at him in a different light coz of his choices!
having this understanding may have helped him navigate this situation better or make different choices for himself.
4. they definitely should have never encouraged or stayed quiet if/when krish raavi n others made jokes abt his education.
how are they so dense to not understand the impact of such things in the societal construct given how smart n intelligent they supposedly are!!!

Beautiful post even I feel that they have failed as Shiva's parents , the day he was ouster from school for throwing a stone at someone it was the biggest red flag for them. That was the time to address Shiva's anger issues instead we got Dhara giving silent treatment , silent treatment is the worst form of parenting

Instead of all that you have written , we get one line

Such wasted potential this show has been

The CVs are incapable of fusing the story lines of the 3 couples in a sensible, realistic manner, so it is better they have independent tracks for all of them.

DevTa can have Motiben and Jaanu trying to separate them and get Rishita to come back home, parallelly with Rishita trying to unite with her family

GauRa can have their attempts to manifest Chamakti Tara, and of course Oily's oil attacks for GaOily, since the CVs simply cannot do without a third angle for TRP reasons

ShiVi can have their divorce track, them realizing their mistakes and redeeming themselves, seriously thinking about the future of their relationship, and coming together for all the right reasons this time instead of "bhabhi maa ke liye" or "mausapa ke liye"

Please CVs, keep DevTa, GauRa and their 2 rs. sasta gyaan far far away from ShiVi, and do not create a khichdi 🤢🤪

If you do this we won't even ask for Dhara devi to be bashed on the head with a danda or sent into a coma 🙏

The absolutely sad part is that they still don't understand his insecurities nor are willing to listen to him 😒He's yelled the word layak at the top of his lungs in front of them soooo many times. But all they hear is that he said something about Raavi's friends. Uss par they have too much gyaan to give. But root cause ko ego label karke kuch aur hi tangent par they're thinking. 🤔

I still think that he meant it more like ki agar tujhe main pasand nahi hui, toh jaa kisi aur ke paas. I'm not justifying his behaviour but the context definitely matters to understand kya hua. It wasn't really about Raavi being friendly but rather he thinks he's not good enough...that's what he was thinking about today in the monologue too...but the family has no idea about this 🤔

No one has any listening ability in that family...sirf faltu ka andolan and emotional blackmail karna aata hai

this will def become another useless issue in which i'm sure she'll put him down again and try to portray dev in a 'positive' light instead

In the end it looks like Rishita will be one badly wanting Raavi back in house, so that she escape cooking, sewing, serving and the other stuff.

Some time in future(where finally the show is close to ending) there should be a track of Rishita berating her Dad and Aunt for treating her mom badly, that would be the final growth for her. Till then CVs should show her minding her own business. CVs are swinging her like a pendulum. One scene love, next scene hate her.

Just watched todays episode..I am not going to taint it by mentioning abt the other selfish / overinterfereing characters....everything aside..I really really loved shivi scene and their monologues today. ..wow..it was so beautiful..I am going for back to front..ya rabba scene..

Shivas thoughts are very clear..he thinks he understands ravi now after he started liking her..and sadly his understanding is based on his past actions and her diary and friends..he is not looking closely at ravi to understand her...her pain when he stays distant to her..her attempts to get his attention when he ignores her..her getting hurt when he accuses her..her smile when she thought it was shiva who stopped her...he is looking everywhere to understand her but not ravi, not her actions..

Where as ravi was indeed understanding him better before the whole sneha kaandh..the whole compromise came frm her understanding that they both were happy with each other before sneha happened...she didn't think shiva hated her until then..when she felt his anger towards her after sneha, she felt guilty..and hence brought up factors like compromise to go back to where there relationship was progressing into..and that's where she went wrong..she kept on trying in the wrong direction... and after the mandir fiasco when shiva said all those things, she took it as he infact hated her all the time..not just hate her but he hardly had any respect for her....so now she thinks she never understood him in the first place..he was never happy with her..

PS.. most special was when he talks to imaginary ravi...he is imagining the bubbly happy ravi in another home..she was not beside him in his imagination..(hence we had the neighbouring house)..he is expecting her to be relieved and happy after reaching mami house and leaving him..and man..the way he asked would she have gone if he had said he started having feelings for her..that expression..👏It was soo beautiful..hurtful..his desperation..and still that tiny bit of hope that maybe if she had known he loved her, she wouldn't have left him..❤️..his imaginary ravi reciprocate the same insecure thoughts that he himself formed in his mind..that they r not compatible for each other...and again he was about to justify love (his heart was so open today) when he realised it was all his imagination and his heart lost to his brain again..and he just realised that she is gone..left him..and he can still see her everywhere...❤️

But seriously, they already have started having separate storylines. Entire Gaura baby drama, Shivi had no involvement. Ab tak ka Shivi drama, rest of the family is only filling up screen space and is to show drama.

I know precap dekh kar Dhara ka dar badh gaya hai. But again, its for drama. Pehle toh, I don't think this sequence will play out before Friday...which hopefully means some introspection scenes. Even after Dhara nde, Shivi can start living together again but they still won't be in love if they don't introspect about their mistakes and genuinely apologize.

She has to compare everything and everyone. I just roll my eyes at her hypocrisy and the rest of the families delusions. I'm not going to waste my energy thinking about any of them

You've described so many beautiful symbolisms, especially with the ya rabba sequence ❤️ I'll admit I kinda zone out with too many flashbacks

@bold- it was such a nice parallel to yesterday's darmiyaan sequence. ❤️ Raavi hoped he would say something so she could stay back. Today, they show us that Shiva is wondering if she really would've stayed back if he'd said anything. Real Raavi would've stayed back if only he'd said mat jaa 💔
