Help. I’m trying to order Mysore Masala Dosa and it’s giving me an option to have the dosa prepared from rice and lentil crepe or as a pancake. Which one tastes better or is more popular? I thought there was only one way of making dosa 😭

Rice and Lentil Crepe as far as I know .

Okay that’s what I ordered. I always assumed it was a lentil crepe but was taken aback when they also gave a pancake option. TF 🙂

Dosa in the form of pancake is called set dosa.. it's also made with same material as crepe dosa but poha is added so it forms a pancake spongy shape.

Okay thank you for letting me know. I think I prefer the crepe dosa as I don’t like spongy texture.
