I think Param was really overwhelemd and moved by fans' efforts for the extension and they did get the news of extension. That is why he is making efforts to become more active on twitter and atleast post once in a week or so.

They've changed Ram's age though- he's 38 here...I think he was in his early 40's in the original.

the comparison is going to be inevitable and lead to bashing...EK and her latest obsession of ruining all her old shows with sequels...Ram and Sakshi were well suited to the characters drawn....

Why don't they understand that not everyone of us can do daily wala kaam daily. Some of us study more in some days and can't in some other days.
One of our batchmates had done suicide out of depression just two semesters back but they will not learn any lessons instead they will discover new ways to torture us.
Can't they get it that not everyone is in a normal situation now? Many of our friends has lost their loved ones recently?

It is just too much.
Very very sorry for the negativity and many such posts recently but I can't find any other place to rant out my frustration right now
