abhi toh basement ko poora tod phod kiya hai and re-organizing to have laundry room, anither bathroom, my office space, AC and heating unti moved around etc etc...

pandemic ke time logon ne yahan itna home renovation karwaya tha ki so many things are OOS or backordered.

haan..cost of raw materials has gone up ... simple/unglamorous stuff like tile glue or grout is also not available readily..🤣

A lot of these goras are very handy..khud hi patio /deck/bathroom bana denge to save on labour costs..labour is very expensive here..hamara contractor mast hai lekin . Also, main itni handy nahin hoon ki khud tiles kaat ke bathroom bana doon..🤪🤣
